Dear there, we have noticed that you did not even check-in at our property and despite that you have left a negative 1/5 review for our property. Can you please amend this at least until you have the experience of staying with us, as this is not fair for all the people working really hard to keep our property at a 9/10 rating. Thank you

Wij hebben een goed verblijf gehad bij Artemis. Kamers zijn netjes en alle voorzieningen aanwezig. Let wel op dat je beddengoed niet verschoond wordt (10 dagen waren wij er). Handdoeken hebben we eenmaal nieuwe gehad. Toiletpapier zelf bij gehaald. Is geen probleem maar wel iets om rekening mee te houden. Voldoende parkeerplaatsen en een schoon zwembad. De airco is ook erg fijn en inbegrepen in de prijs.

We enjoyed a week at Artemis Cynthia resort. The apartment was clean and a good size. The pools were lovely and quiet. Check in was easy and the free parking helpful. We walked down to the harbour and to the old town - fine for us but a mile ISH so may put some off. Hot water was an issue (lack of) and the beds weren't great (reported on day 1 but no action or solution offered ). Overall, recommended.

We had a nice stay on our entire trip.
The apartment is spacious with complete utilities that we need during our stay. With fabulous amenities like swimming pool and gym. Receptionist are very welcoming with free tea/coffee. The only downside is a little bit far from the harbour, 25-30 minutes walk but very manageable.

The property is good sized but the beds left a lot to be desired for and the sofa practically hurt everytime we sat. Hot water was another big issue where we always had to wait and wait. The instructions are very counterintiutive. Would rather spend a bit more to get proper beds and sofas.

Enjoyable Stay
My partner and I had a great stay for 5 days. Fantastic complex, apartment was much bigger than we had anticipated with a fabulous balcony. Reception staff were so friendly and knowledgeable. We would definitely recommend and we will return to this complex. Small criticism; the memory foam mattress was not the comfiest and we felt the bathroom could have been cleaner and updated. All in all we enjoyed our stay very much

Superbe! Excellent rapport qualité prix
La résidence est très bien entretenue. L'appartement est très spacieux, il y avait même deux balcons ! Très propre, il y avait tout ce dont nous avions besoin. L'équipe à l'accueil est à l'écoute et est très sympathique. Pas de cafetière dans le logement mais une machine Krups à disposition à l'accueil. Il y a plusieurs épicerie à 2 minutes de marche, quelques restaurants à deux pas et comptez 20 minutes pour rejoindre le front de mer. Nous avons fait le choix de tout faire à pied et c'est largement réalisable ! Aussi à 30 minutes à pied se trouve la gare de bus central !

We enjoyed our days at Artemis Cynthia Complex in Paphos. The location was clean and well outfitted. Lovely balcony overlooking 1 of 4 pools. Staff were super friendly and helpful. After-hours check-in was easy and well explained in an email prior to arriving. We had a car rental but there is a convenience store close by and a reasonable walk to the Main Street. We were recommended this location and are glad we close it as our base in Paphos. Only complaint- the pillows! Time to improve and add bed pillows. We ended up using throw pillows from the sofa.

Fantastic large apartment with a spacious balcony looking over one of the multiple pools. Everything was just right for our five night stay and its about a 20 minute walk to Paphos harbour. We will be back.

Loved my little holiday in Cyprus and the stay made it all the more wonderful! Helpful staff and they couldn’t do any more for me, the place was spacious and great for those doing their own thing, it was a comfy bed and also had blackout blinds. Everything you needed!

Apartment was beautiful and clean. Great kitchen with all the utensils we could need. Spacious rooms and plenty of storage space. Nice private balcony with table and chairs The complex is in a nice area, a bit away from the crowds but still only about a twenty minute walk to the beach. Paphos old town was also accessible on foot. The staff were extremely helpful with any questions we had. The one thing that I would mention as a negative is that the walls weren’t very sound proof. But overall, a great place to stay.

It has everything you need for a self catering holiday. It’s only a 15 minute walk from the beach and places to eat out. There are two mini markets around 2-5 minutes walk away. The pools were cleaned daily and were not over crowded. Very clean apartment and very welcoming staff. I would definitely stay again!

We loved the easy check-in. The staff was friendly and gave great communication about process of a late check in, which we needed. The area is close to everything, an easy walk to the beach, places to eat, shops and a mall. The small apartment offers you the opportunity to enjoy quiet time on the premises as well as the grounds and pools are cleaned daily. The parking inside the compound is nice and gives easy access to the apartments. An elevator is also available for convenience. Two close kiosks (5 minute walk) are well stocked with all you will need to for the kitchen or to replace items you may have forgotten. We will definitely be back.

Résidence bien entretenue ,les abords sont nettoyés et balayés chaque jour . Les 4 piscines sont propres même en avril alors que la température ne sollicite pas la baignade . Les personnes de la réception sont agréables ,sympathiques et réactives . Logement bien équipé ,propre. Seul bémol le wifi n est pas terrible et coupe souvent mais le problème viendrait du fournisseur internet et pas de la résidence. Le quartier est residenciel et donc pas très animé,mais calme du coup!. Il y a 2 minimarkets pour dépanner ,leur point commun et le manque de sympathie des diffents employés croisés ses jour ci. 20mn de marche jusqu a la partie animé de Paphos ou 5 mn de voiture en cette période il n est pas compliqué de se garer ,a voir en juillet !! Cette résidence a un excellent rapport qualité/prix mais n y aller pas pour faire la bringue ,vous serez déçu.Bon point de départ pour visiter la région et se reposer.

The room was ok, the kitchen was clean. The location isn’t great, nothing around but there’re pools downstairs. 20- 25 minutes walk to the seashore or city center. The reception was good
