Réservation d'hôtels à Panhandle Plains

« Horrible experience. Worst experience in a hotel. Booked our reservation 2 months in advance and showed up 3 house after check in and room was not ready and had to wait for 1 hour after driving 9 hours with young children. Staff blew off the situation and when escalated to the manager Mark he threatened to kick us out of the facility for simply bringing up the issue. First review I’ve left but this hotel and staff are horrible. Would not recommend and will never stay at this facility again. »

« Accueil très sympathique. Établissement propre dès l'entrée et les parties communes. La chambre était parfaite, très calme, et propre. Le lit confortable, salle de bain impeccable. Nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel. »

« The room itself was ok........clean and comfortable. The common areas of the hotel needed attention from a cleaning standpoint and furniture was dirty, showed signs of wear, needed to be replaced. The breakfast area was borderline filthy and the staff (1) on duty did not seem to keep up with the food offering and I never saw him clean anything. Trash cans were overflowing on to the floor. »

« The staff here are always super friendly and helpful. Don’t like that the breakfast bar now costs $8 a person AND they got rid of some of the options. Still, it’s a nice, clean hotel. »

« While the staff were very nice and check-in went well, the hotel needs to address some issues. Our room was clean however there weren't any shower products. All the containers were empty. Shower was lukewarm and the fire alarm went off at 3:15 am. We tried to call the front desk but the room landline was not working. My husband used his cellphone to reach Josh at the front desk. His response was " yeah the fire alarm doesn't work, and we'll have a good one." Breakfast was okay, bananas were...

« Chambre correcte, agréable, silencieuse. Par contre le petit déjeuner laisse à désirer. La fin du service est fixée à 9h00. Nous arrivons à 8h40 et dès 8h45 le personnel commence à débarrasser et ne ré-approvisionne pas, donc il faut faire avec ce qui reste autant dire pas grand chose. Pour ma part cela n'est pas correct ou bien on annonce que l'on n'est plus servi à partir de 8h45. Sur ce point je ne recommande pas cet hôtel. »

« Le quartier est un peu en marge de la ville et en plein travaux de construction, c'est le seul bémol. Pour le reste l'hotel est moderne, la salle de sport bien équipée, le personnel sympathique, les possibilités de restaurants nombreuses. Je suis globalement très satisfait de mon séjour malgré le manwue de rangement dans les chambres. »
