This condo has two bedrooms, one with a King bed and one with a queen and a double. There are two full bathrooms. Located in the highly sought after Edgewater Beach and Golf Resort. It is located in Tower 1 on the 5th floor just steps from of the elevator. The panoramic wall of windows in the living room and dining room offer a breath taking view of the ocean and the main pool at the resort. You will enjoy having your morning coffee on the balcony listening to the sound of the ocean. This condo sleeps 8. The master bedroom features a king size bed, walk in closet and a private master bathroom with double vanities. Second bedroom offers a queen size and a full bed with access to the hall bathroom. Should you have small children, we have a pack n play for your use.
Kitchen has been completely remodeled with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and is fully stocked with kitchen wear including a Keurig machine.
Living room has plenty of seating on the queen size sleeper sofa. You may also want to enjoy the view from the swivel chairs by the windows.
Full size HE washer and dryer are available in the unit for your use. We provide some beach towels.
Edgewater Beach and Golf Resort is a gated community with security, lots of parking and just a few steps to the tower. Arrivals and Departures are convenient and easy with covered entrance for loading and unloading with luggage carts available for use.
Resort has one of the best restaurants on Front Beach Road, “Oceans” at the resort right outside your door.
This condo is a non-smoking unit and no pets are allowed.
Once you have experience all that Edgewater has to offer, you won’t want to stay anywhere else!
After your booking is complete, approximately 2 weeks before your stay we will email you a link to register you and your party with the complex. This verification will be your receipt for the gate manager who will issue you your parking passes. Upon registering, a $50/parking resort fee will be required by Edgewater. Wrist band must be worn for 12 years and older, these will be located in your unit.
