This updated condo is perfect for a family or couples getaway. It is our goal to make our second home retreat as comfortable and inviting for your stay as it is for ours. You must be 25 or older to make a reservation for this condo.

The king bed master bedroom overlooks the gulf and includes its own balcony, full bath with two sinks, and a large closet. A smaller second sleeping room has a Smart TV with Roku, queen bed, window and dresser, but no closet. With the sofa sleeper in the living room, our condo can accommodate up to five guests. Each bed room has a TV as well as the living room. Comfortable beds with top quality linens makes for restful nights. The private, 18th floor covered balcony comes with breathtaking views of the sunset and beach. It extends from the master bedroom to the living area. A fully updated kitchen and laundry makes our condo a convenient home away from home.

Your day at the beach includes two beach chairs and an umbrella, reserved just for our guests. (Seasonal beach service is provided from 3/1 -10/31 each year.) This is a $350.00 value per week!The sugar sand beach is terrific for taking walks, making sand castles, flying a kite or just relaxing in the sun. Jet skis, paddle boarding and kayaking are available for rent nearby. Located at the wonderful Celadon Beach Resort, you may enjoy two swimming pools, fitness center two hot tubs, a gazebo and grills for cooking out. Celadon is one of the few resorts that also offers a tennis court, pickle ball, and badminton. There are pickle ball paddles and balls located in condo. There is also covered parking and an attached covered walkway bridge makes for easy access.

Our condo is located at the quieter west end of Panama City Beach, but is within easy distance of all the beach attractions. A wonderful grocery store is just down the street and is very handy. In addition, there are many larger stores a short drive from here to meet your needs. A variety of tasty and interesting restaurants and local activities provides something for everyone. Golf, miniature golf, go karts, shopping, bicycling and of course one of the best beaches in the world are at your disposal.

With the master bedroom balcony over looking the gulf and a quieter beach location, we knew this condo was the right one for us! We enjoy it as our home away from home, and it is our hope that our guests will feel the same. Safe travels.
