'Amazing'

'We enjoyed our stay. The location is top notch, especially for 4th of July fireworks. The beach is beautiful and very accessible and welcoming to hotel guests. The gift shop, ice cream store and frozen drinks at the Dolphin Bar were notable positives. Negatives were lack of standard in-room amenities and some guests loudly partying throughout the night.'

'Although we just stayed one night, we got a good impression of the hotel. Our room was very clean and spacious. The bed and pillows were comfy. Had a coffee pot in the room but liked being able to go down stairs and get a fresh ground cup of coffee whenever I wanted to for free! Snacks for a fee were available too. The location is not on the beach but it isn't far and was close to many other places including Pier Park. Would stay here again!'

'The overall experience was just okay. The air conditioner in the room gave out moldy smell, bathroom floor was not cleaned properly- I was on my knees wiping it after noticing hair that did not belong to anyone in my family. Also, the TV service in the rooms was out because of the lightning. The staff has not updated anyone on the resolution of the issue and did not even offer any apologies. 'The room was in nice clean shape and room was cool when we got there. It was well worth the money. Would highly recommend and will stay again. Even though it’s ocean view and not beach front, the view was amazing still. We loved it. Our car did get hit in the parking garage, but that’s a risk you take anywhere I suppose.'
