Important Property Updates: Please note that the property will be undergoing a balcony restoration project from September 2025 through March 2026. While work is planned during this period, dates may shift due to weather or construction progress. Guests may experience occasional construction noise, and we sincerely appreciate your understanding.The balcony for this unit has reopened with a temporary safety railing. It is completely safe to use, though it will be slightly smaller than usual during this time. As this work has already been considered in the pricing, no refunds, discounts, or relocations will be provided.



January 2026 Update: The indoor hot tub will be closed for renovations until further notice (estimated reopening mid Feb 2026). The outdoor hot tubs remain open daily from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM. The heated pool hours may vary by day and may be closed at times, but it is generally open from dusk until 11:00 PM.

The fully-equipped kitchen features a stove, full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave oven, and other conveniences such as a glass blender, coffee maker, toaster, electric can opener, nonstick pots and pans, and other cooking utensils, plus service for 6 guests. So you`re prepared to fry up the day's fresh catch or enjoy takeout from your favorite restaurant.



Another great bonus for vacationers to this condo is the laundry facilities. The stacked washer and dryer occupy very little space but have enough capacity to handle your beach towels and swimsuits. This is one vacation where you`ll never have to make a laundry run -- you`ve always got instant access to clean, dry clothes right in the condo!
