"Surf Shack" Luxury Beachfront in Panama City Beach with Private Pool, & Game Room!

  • Surf Shack is een nieuw toegevoegd vakantiehuis gebouwd door Holiday Beach Development en zal klaar zijn september 2020! Dit droomhuis wordt 7 slaapkamers en 7 badkamers. Dit huis aan het strand zal ook beschikken over een privézwembad, ontspanningsruimte en theaterzaal.

    Surf Shack vereist een verblijf van minimaal 7 nachten voor alle reserveringen.  Tijdens de onderstaande data houden wij ons aan de volgende reserveringsdata.

    2020:
    Zomer: 30 mei - 14 augustus (zaterdag - zaterdag)

    Op de eerste verdieping loop je naar de strandzijde van het huis en vind je een groot betegeld terras. Direct aan de patio zal dit huis ook beschikken over een privézwembad.

    Ga naar de tweede verdieping om twee kingsize slaapkamers te vinden met aangrenzende badkamers voor elke kamer. Ook op deze verdieping is een extra halve badkamer met een grote woonkamer verbonden door de eetkamer. Op deze verdieping vindt u ook een grote wasmachine en droger.

    Lopend naar de derde verdieping en je hebt drie extra slaapkamers. Aan de oceaanzijde is een kingsize slaapkamer met een aangrenzende badkamer. Afgezien van deze badkamer vindt u een ontspanningsruimte. Deze verdieping heeft ook een koningin boven koningin stapelbed dat vier slaapt. Reizen naar de noordkant van het huis is een koning slaapkamer met een aansluitende badkamer. 

    Er is nog meer aan dit prachtige huis op de vierde verdieping. Als je de trap opkomt, loop je een open zolder in die uitkomt op een grote kamer met twee stapelbedden met acht bedden en een aangrenzende badkamer. Deze verdieping heeft ook een grote master suite met een zithoek en een aangrenzende badkamer.

We really enjoyed our stay! The following were the negatives - not enough pots and pans for cooking, wash machine leaked and wasn’t fixed after 4 visits, one burner on stove did not work, couch worn out and living room rug really bad shape. For the money we expected better. That said, overall we were happy!

Overall great stay. Not much amenities provided (lacking garbage bags, toilet paper, etc), but place was clean and beautiful location along the beach. Pool was not heated when we arrived as requested but eventually it was fixed during our stay. We enjoyed our family Christmas here.

Amazing

The surf shack was amazing and better than expected. It fit all of our guests and the view was perfect. We will love to come back.

Very spacious, nice house

Property was super nice and spacious. Managements and maintenance are very responsive to anything needed or issues that arise. Very pleased with our stay.

Spring break family fun

We had 5 families staying at the “Surf Shack”. It was perfect! Clean, great location that was close enough to fun but not in the middle of chaos for Panama City Beach. Would definitely recommend this property.

Amazing property for large groups!!

We had a large group of family and friends of all shapes. It was a great property and great location for anyone and everyone. Very relaxing. Would stay again!!

Just what we needed

We experienced a sudden death of a family member 4 months before our stay and this trip was so good for us. We were able to enjoy time together in this beautiful house and enjoy the amenities. The entire group enjoyed every aspect of our stay. This time together was an answer to prayer.

Amazing location and the well-appointed house was perfect for our large family group. The many activities, amenities, games, etc. kept everyone occupied and entertained when not at the beach. Made many great memories that we won't forget!

The best stay! Will definitely be back

We had an amazing stay here during fall break. 8 adults + 8 kids (ages 1-6) and it was surprisingly more spacious than expected. Every family got 2 bedrooms so we never felt cramped. We did have to get a thing or two fixed but it was promptly fixed. Communication was 10/10. You can’t beat having a private pool right on the beach. We will definitely be back again!!

Enjoyable stay, with a few issues

Overall, our stay was enjoyable. We did have a few issues that were communicated to the property managers but never resolved. The mini-split AC units on the first floor did not work, and the lights in the pool did not work. Management ensured us the issues would be fixed, but they were never repaired during our 7 day stay.

TV choice big disappointment

Cannot believe we could not get network stations on the television. Almost missed the Georgia/Alabama SEC Championship game on CBS. Fortunately we have kids who were able to hot wire into TV and hack into CBS on a laptop. Fought with the TV choices all week.

Very Nice House

House was really nice. Awesome views! Decorated really cute, plenty of beds and space for all 26 people. Loved how the basement had things for teenagers to do, and each floor had its own balcony, lots of bathrooms, I could go on and on about all the good things. The only thing that was challenging was the charcoal pit was on the basement floor and we did all of our cooking on the main floor where the kitchen is. There wasn't anything to cook on on the main balcony. Thankfully a friend brought his Blackstone and that is what we used all week long. To cook for 26 people the stovetop in the kitchen was not enough and we like to cook outside. Plus the small charcoal pit on the basement floor would have been way to small to cook on for such a large group of people. Great place, but I would definitely suggest a large Blackstone be added to the amenities for future guests.

Great house and Location

Distance to beach could not be better. We have stayed at a lot of houses over the years and all of us agreed that this was the best. One thing outside of the norm we kept saying was how cool the house stayed… comfortable sleeping, even on the top floors.

Surf Shack

We had a wonderful beach vacation with friends for a 40th birthday. It was so much fun to have the beach at a finger tips, so many games to choose from and a pool if you want to soak in it. Everything worked well in the house and it was so nice that almost every room had their own bathroom.

Seabreeze Jazz Party

Property was AMAZING! There were a few problems though. The garage door was off track. After several calls, it was still broken a week later when we checked out. CLEANING: We had to clean the kitchen and a couple of bathrooms again. I've never seen so much blond and light brown hair. The utensil drawers were dirty with crumbs and hair. My bathroom was not clean, especially the floor (dust, hair, baby spiders which I had to spray). My cousin lost his glasses. We looked under the sectional in living room and found crumbs, cookies, sandwich ends, tissues, etc. People pay too much for this property to have such very, very, very cheap supplies. Only 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dishwasher pod, 1 roll of toilet paper (should have at least 2 rolls in each bathroom) and dish soap. There were no dish cloths in kitchen which was unusual to us. We have rented property in other locations that were cheaper and had better supplies and clean. Has the owner ever thought about an elavator/lift? Our group range in age 50-70 and had a little trouble with all the stairs. Overall, we had good stay and enjoyed the property. The decor was done well!

Good location

This is a great beach house with great views, looks like was recently built. The top bedroom was awesome. There were few things that needed to some attention, in one of the bathrooms the shower was leaking. There were two sets of Washer and dryer and one of the dryers weren't working. There were no batteries in some of the remotes. But overall its a great beach house.

Perfect Week

There was 14 ladies for this amazing trip. It was a much needed business/vacation for all of us. The house is amazing. We all had our own bed and many had their own bathroom. The house is decorated with very nice quality furniture and fabrics. The kitchen had everything we needed. Even pretty good knives and pots and pans. I was impressed. The view each day and evening was spectacular. Everyone of us wants to return to this house next year. The location was great. Everything we needed from a nearby Publix to great restaurants were within a few miles. I highly recommend this house and rental company.
