It is a great location, only a block to the beach and a little further to Thomas Donut Shop. The house layout was good and the covered parking helped a lot in the summer heat. Air conditioning worked great. Pillows could be a bit better, but all in all it was a great place to stay!

The house felt cozy and was perfect for our getaway with our dogs - short drive to the dog beach in PCB and the fenced yard was great for hanging out at the house. Loved that we could also walk to the beach for sunrise and sunset, and to Thomas’ Donuts. Thanks Lynn for the perfect pet-friendly place to chill for a few days of rest and relaxation.

Home was very clean, enough space to stretch out. I was traveling with my wife, kids and friend to celebrate our anniversary and my birthday. Everyone had enough room. Including our fur baby, Morocco. My daughter enjoyed walks to the beach every morning. Truly a 3 min walk.

Great Place!

This house is an excellent place to stay. It had everything we needed for our stay. The neighborhood was very quiet. It’s a short walk to the beach and to the donut and ice cream shops. We would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at Pirate’s Perch! Great accommodations with plenty of space in all areas of the house! Backyard was perfect for our dogs. So close to the beach and Thomas Donuts!

Lovely property

We enjoyed our stay at this property so much!! Very accommodating, clean and well furnished and supllied. Our dogs loved the fenced back yard. Great location, very short walk to the beach. Very nice neighborhood. We definitely recommend this place and hope we can go back sometime!

Great House

Enjoyed our stay from minute one until the very last minute. Amazing location and property. The fenced in back yard was just like being able to hang out 'at home'. When you have a dog with you it is more than a good thing. The house itself is also great. Lots of room and an overall great place to stay.
