NOTE: Sanctuary Has a guest home that is detached can be rented separately to sleep up to 18 guests. Just ask.. You can also see that listing as " A Little Sanctuary" online.

Perfect Stay Length: Ideal for week-long stays or longer—reach out to our Warren Beach Rentals office for snowbird or extended-stay options. Discounts on stays of over 28 days in Winter.
Summer stays (June and July) require a 7 night stay.
Spring Break Mid March to Mid April require 4-5 night stays.
Parking: Up to 5 spaces (2 in garage, 4 guest)—easy load-in and access. Rent the carriage house and have 6 spaces.
Security & HOA: Gated community with HOA oversight ensures peaceful, well-maintained surroundings
Rules: Must be 25 or older to reserve. ABSOLUTELY no college or high school groups.
No smoking, pets, vaping, or illicit drug use in the home.
