Sunrise Beach offers guests 2 gulf front swimming pools (one heated seasonally), 2 hot tubs, a children's splash area, & a fitness center. All of these amenities are conveniently located on the fifth floor (the same floor as this unit), as well as vending machines! This spacious condominium offers almost 1,600 square feet of luxury coastal living space with brand-new flooring throughout. The fully equipped kitchen features brand-new quartz countertops, stainless-steel appliances, a large kitchen island, and has everything you need to prepare meals for family and friends. The living room offers ample, comfortable seating that includes 2 recliners, a large television, and breathtaking views of the pool and gulf. Step onto the unit's private fenced deck where you can dine or enjoy a cocktail overlooking the pool. The master bedroom also has great views, a King size bed, and ensuite bathroom with double sinks, and an incredibly spacious, beautifully tiled walk-in shower. Guests must bring their own. - We provide only a startup supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags, toiletries and toilet tissue. - *Free Golf and Activities Program is only valid for stays 27 nights or less. - Reservations that are 28 nights or greater in length require 60 day cancellation notice to receive refund less $200 cancellation fee.
