The property is located within the Bay Point community, which features two championship golf courses, a full-service marina for boating and fishing, and multiple on-site dining options. Additional amenities include tennis courts and outdoor recreation areas, along with conveniences such as a business center, gift shop, and 24-hour security. $300 FREE Activities: Guests will receive one complimentary admission to each of our select activities per day. You can attend all of these activities every day, and one person will be free each day. Additional guests will pay full price. Admissions are non-cumulative and non-transferable. Unused admissions expire daily.



So yes, you may choose to play a round of golf in the morning (one person is free) and then enjoy a Dolphin Cruise that afternoon (one person is free). Alternatively, you may choose to visit WonderWorks with the kids in the morning (one person is free), while your husband can play golf (one person is free). Then you can meet up that afternoon for the dolphin cruise (one person is free). You may participate in some or ALL of the select activities every day, and one person from your party is free each day!



Activities and Attractions: PCB Wheel Ride, Rainforest Black Light Mini Golf, Dave & Buster’s, WonderWorks, Bay Point Golf and Tennis Club, Just Jump Trampoline Park, and Island Time Sailing: Dolphin Watch Sailing Cruise.



*Free activities do not apply to monthly reservations. Guests staying 27 nights or fewer are eligible to participate in activities. Stays of 28 nights or longer would not be eligible.



A few details to ensure a prime experience:

✔ A strict no-smoking policy promotes a fresh and inviting atmosphere.

✔ Age requirement of 25+ for booking, fostering a mature and respectful environment.

✔ Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. Additionally, noise must be kept at a level that will not constitute a nuisance to the neighbors. Loud and excessive noise will not be allowed at any time.

✔ Guests are not permitted to have pets on the property.
