Enjoy our luxurious, Beachfront, 12th floor condo located in the desirable west-end of Panama City Beach with a huge balcony (largest in Panama City Beach), and amazing views!




When you step into our beautifully decorated unit, you will be hit with the magnificent view of the Gulf of Mexico! Our condo's open layout allows you to have spectacular ocean views from nearly every living space. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the comforts of home, along with beautiful granite counter-tops, stainless steel appliances and new cabinetry. You have direct access to our extra-large 10’ x 28’ balcony via the living area and also the master bedroom. Our balcony is the perfect place to enjoy your breakfast, spend relaxing afternoons and view fabulous sunsets while listening to the peaceful sounds of the ocean waves!

Our unit is smoke free. 2 bedroom / 2 bath condo comfortably sleeps six people with a king bed in the master bedroom, two full size beds in the guest bedroom, and a queen sleeper in the living area.

During your stay, enjoy complimentary umbrella beach service with 2 padded lounge chairs from March 15 – October 31. Extra Chairs are in the condo for your use as well as Beach Towels and Beach Toys.

For your convenience, condo also comes with a reserved, covered parking place just a few feet from the elevators.

NOTE: OUR HOA WILL NOT LET US RENT TO ANY SINGLES UNDER 25 YEARS OLD - NO EXCEPTIONS.

Everything was just as it appears in the photos. Fantastic views. Very clean and communication was clear and thorough. Check in and check out was simple. Some bonus wins: Excellent water pressure. Decent toilet paper! Large balcony with privacy from other units. Good soundproofing.Things to know for this property: Kitchen had everything we needed. Unit was stocked with a few travel toiletries, a couple laundry pods, dishwasher pods, and extra trash bags. Spacious layout for family of 3 or 4. Nice size tvs with good internet. We packed a bunch of things we didn't end up needing. Would plan to stay here again and know we could pack a little lighter.Other extras that were great: family games, beach toys, beach towels, chair service for the beach. Access to beach was super easy. Rinse stations were easy to use coming in. Pool was warm. Parking was very convenient - elevator goes straight up to the unit which made unloading very easy. Luggage racks were available for guest use. Things to know for this property: Parking garage turning radius and parking spaces are very tight.The owner of this property is great. He has made a clear effort to ensure a pleasant stay at this property. We reached out prior to booking with a question and got a quick reply. Had one issue arise during our stay (caused by other guests and completely out of his control) and he made every effort to resolve the problem and communicate with us throughout the process.

My wife and I and our 14 and 12 year old came to stay to enjoy the beach and soak up some sun and Florida weather for a week and we were not disappointed. The condo was the perfect size for us and we had a Birds Eye view of the beach and gulf from our 12th floor balcony, which was very large. Check in was super easy. We had our instructions emailed to us and we pulled in to the parking garage, loaded a cart with our luggage and went to our room. We put on our bracelets and got the parking tag and took it to our car and that was it. Super easy. Our host, Randy was super easy to get in touch with and responded quickly. He even reached out to us to let us know we could check in early if we were in town because the condo was ready. We were still on the road, but that was a major plus to know! Check out was easy too. Very simple and easy to follow instructions. We will definitely look for Randy's condo again when we head back to PCB.

We had such a wonderful time! The condo is really nice and that balcony is huge with amazing views. The condo was very clean and comfy! Fast response from the owner when asked a few questions which was great! Would definitely recommend 👌 I do want to say the maintenance/ staff crew were on tops of things everyday keeping the property very clean. Everyone we encountered was very friendly and nice. Just wanted to acknowledge their hard work, it doesn't go unnoticed. We will return!

You won’t regret reserving!!!

I cannot say enough great things about #1206, nor working with Randy in reserving this condo!! Randy is the type of manager you WANT to place your trust in & hand over your hard earned money for a week of relaxation. The condo is immaculately clean & decorated. This was a huge plus for my family. The washer/dryer inside the condo was a huge convenience & they are top notch. We were like kids on Christmas morn when discovering the large closet (in the living area) which included absolutely EVERYTHING needed for a beach day!! At least 5-6 chairs, umbrella, TOYS of all kinds for younger ones, extra beach towels, & even a nice canvas beach bag. You need NOTHING bc Randy & his team have taken care of every situation possible to complete your stay. We actually bought 2 boogie boards & 1 skim board and left those behind for the next family to enjoy. The master bed was EXTREMELY comfortable as well as the full beds in the second bedroom. Smart tv’s in bedrooms & living room was nice touch. Besides the extra beach towels, most comfortable bed ever, all extras in kitchen & beach closet - the reserved parking spot was a huge WIN!! No crowds at elevators not worrying about having a spot to park each time you leave. This is huge. We decided to give Mike's Oyster Bar a try & Im glad we did bc the food was GREAT! The beach wasn’t overcrowded but the beach attendants could’ve been nicer to deal with as they weren’t but not a deal breaker. We’ll be back!

Beautiful/Exceptional condo & beach!

Randy's condo was outstanding for our family of four. The condo itself provided everything we needed for a great week at the beach. The balcony was huge! Our family enjoyed eating numerous meals watching the waves. We even saw dolphins as we are breakfast on our last morning there! The beach was beautiful, clean, not crowded, and the beach chair service was a added bonus. Lastly, Randy was a great host! Check-in, check-out, and everything in between was well communicated and easy. If you get the chance, this condo is a definite 5 stars! Thank you Randy for a great stay!

Best place to stay if you have young kids.

This place was amazing. It had everything you needed for the kids. The view from the balcony was breath taking. The beach was not crowded at all. You won't regret staying here. Definitely will be coming back.
