  • Pelican patiently waits for some fish scraps from the user of a man cleaning his fish. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

Turtles and ducks

Nice view. Enjoyed the ducks and turtles. Beds could be better and floors desperately needed a mop (or two). Throw rugs I removed. Undesirable. Outdoor furniture dirty. Location was good. 2nd floor condo so stairs involved. Kitchen well equipped. Check in was earlier than estimated.

Family fun

My family enjoyed the stay! The little kids had fun with the wildlife in the pond right off our balcony. The sand toys, beach chairs and umbrellas were an awesome added amenity that most places we’ve stayed at don’t include, so thank you! We will definitely be back.

Awesome place!

Villa Del Sol was wonderful! From the beachy calm decor, to how SPOTLESS the condo was. We were very impressed. The beach chairs were great, especially since we didn’t have to pack ours! It’s about a 10-12 minute to the beach, but we didn’t mind the exercise! The ducks and turtles were a bonus! We loved feeding them! We would definitely stay here again, thank you for sharing with us!!

Excellent location!

This Condo was everything we wanted and more. The condo itself was well appointed and ver close proximity to the beach and resort amenities. Beach chairs for 8 were a pleasant surprise. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be booking here again!!

Comfy

We were very impressed with the decor of the condo and the comfort of beds and couches. Kitchen had any and everything needed to make it a very pleasant vacation. My grands loved all of the turtles, birds, ducks etc. You could sit on balcony and watch the wildlife forever. Not a bad walk to pool area. We really enjoyed our stay. Wish we had a better experience

I really wanted to love this condo and our stay but several incidents happened during our stay that should have been prevented. To start off, the 4th step going up the stairs to the condo was broken on the right side and was not safe at all. Pest control stopped by on Tuesday, and I wish we would’ve gotten a heads up before they showed up. The floors were very dirty with residue that made the floor slippery and unsafe. Someone could have slipped and fell. After notifying the host, she advised the cleaning crew came would come the next day to clean again. They did not do a good job the second go around. I wiped the floor with a wet napkin and it was black from how dirty the floors still were. The bottom of our socks from walking around the condo were also black. I notified the host of the smoke alarm beeping due to having a low battery, she also advised someone would come out the next day to change it. When the maintenance guy came by to change the battery on the smoke alarm, he almost walked out with my husbands wallet! That was very unprofessional and unacceptable. He apologized and handed the wallet back to my husband but the point is, he should’ve never touched our belongings. I can’t imagine what else would have been taken if he would’ve showed up while we were not there. Overall I wish we could’ve had a better experience during our stay.

Great, Relaxing Vacay!!!

The property was beautiful! The other residents so welcoming! The rooms were comfy and beds cozy! We were uncomfortable with picking up the parking passes from an unlocked dropbox since we were traveling so far and weren't arriving til 3am, but everything worked out fine. They were there as described. We loved that the golf cart rentals were right around the corner and beach access was so close. My parents enjoyed their morning walks. We did have an issue with one of the internet servicemen walking in on my parents, because they didn't hear him knock, and there's no deadbolt lock. Very unnerving. We called the property manager and he reassured us that they were supposed to be there and he apologized for the confusion. Again, overall it was a great stay! I love Panama City Beach!!!

Enjoyed our stay and villa was as described! Check in and out was easy and we always enjoy staying at the Edgewater Resort! My only suggestion would be for the cleaning crew to pay more attention to the floors especially the master shower tile floor. Villa was great would stay here again!

Just lovely!

The apartment: This was such a nice place to stay! Plenty of space for our things, the kids loved the balconies. Netflix, Amazon and Disney plus available in all the rooms was nice. All the beds were comfy. But the best part of all was that master shower. *chefs kiss* The whole family ended up showering in here by the end of the week because the kids liked “waiting their turns” sitting on the shower bench. Resort: I was afraid we would be too far from the big pool and beach at the main campus but honestly, when I didn’t have the kids, I enjoyed the walk. And when I did have the kids, the trams came super fast. And the drivers are all so nice. The resort has a kids zone M-F 11-3 that is hit or miss for if your kid will want to do the activity, but my kids loved it and it gave mom and dad a much needed break. Overall: would absolutely stay here again. Worth every penny.

Family Time

The property was in a great location. You can catch a trolly ride to the beach or walk. Also in waking distance are restraints, axe throwing, escape rooms and bowling! The condo is very spacious and beautifully decorated. Has everything you’d need for your stay. We enjoyed sitting on the back balcony watching the ducks and golfers. We will definitely be back.

Perfect getaway

Our first time to visit PCB so we weren’t sure about locations, but this unit was perfectly situated. Getting in and out of the property was a breeze, traffic was minimal which says a lot in PCB. Access to the beach was easy and the golf cart shuttles were a nice touch. The condo was absolutely perfect. AC and ceiling fans kept the temps just right. A very modern feel throughout the unit. Beds were very comfortable. We will try to book this unit again the next time we visit PCB.
