Great Beach Stay

This was a wonderful property in a wonderful location for access to the beach. My parents are older and were able to make the walk just fine. Our family made great memories and Carillon does July 4th right!

Amazing House

Such a beautiful community & the location of the house was perfect!! Just a very short walk to the beach access which is so nice; however there are several steps that lead down to the beach (that is my ONLY complaint) The house is amazing with so many awesome features!! The kitchen was so well furnished with great cookware, utensils, plates, bowls, coffee mugs & glasses. The coffee pot allows you to brew a full pot or you use K-cups. They have beach towels & floats for your use. Also 2 beach chairs & umbrella on the beach. All the beds are so comfortable. We had plenty of room for our family of 11 sleeping, eating together & just hanging out in the living area which is very large. All the bedrooms had a TV which made all the kids so happy! Our teenagers loved renting bikes & riding all over the community. One of the most amazing features was the separate ice maker in the bar area!! We definitely utilized that a lot!! I have to say the communication before arriving & during our stay was first class!! It was such a pleasure renting this house and we hope we will have the opportunity to rent "Keep Calm & Carillon" again!!

Perfect vacation

The house was the perfect size for our group and very clean. Lots of pots, pans, silverware much more than needed and very organized. It’s much closer to beach walkover than map shows. It was a short walk. We also walked to dinner in town square and to pickleball courts. Great vacation!!

5 adults and 5 children...plenty of room for everyone to sleep and hang out. Also there was room to for kids and adults to separate with the daybed and TV in the tower.

Love KEEP CALM & CARILLON

We have been renting in Carillon for over 25 years. As our family grew we left Pinnacle Port and searched the new homes being built in Carillon. Love this property and location. Fits so well with our needs and even have a guest bunk upstairs that family who live at PC can come and visit for a night. And, when there is a small issue the host responds right away and takes care of it.

Family friendly and lovely beach home

Our family of 7 thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this spacious and beautifully decorated beach home. Our every need was met, including in the kitchen, where I cooked almost every night. There were sand toys and tennis rackets for our children to enjoy and easy access to the beach walkover. Carillon Beach Rentals property manager as well as the housekeeping staff are AMAZING in their attention to detail, cleanliness, and sincere concern for renters to have a wonderful experience. We have rented for years in this area and are continually impressed, year after year, with the job that they do. We look forward to returning to this lovely and relaxing beach home in the future!

Keep calm

Very accurate description of property. Great for family or friends staying together as home had multiple sleeping arrangements. Only complaint would be that the home had quite a bit of glass decorations and coffee/end tables. This isn’t truly a bad thing except when you are traveling with kids it can make things a bit more restless with the worry of things getting broke/kids getting hurt. But overall this was a great place to stay and the property manager was very easy to work with!

Kitchen super equipped. Was able to even cook a full meal or two. Ten lbs ham, potato salad, baked berms, lemon bars!!! Found ever utensil, pot, etc. plenty of beach chairs and toys. Needed at least one additional wooden set of 2 beach loungers and umbrella. There were 9 adults and one 14 yr old… and only one set. But the house served us well. Might be time for a little painting touch up inside and porch floor. But I understand that is an endless issue with beach rentals. Loved the communication with the cleaning service. However the stove needed a deep cleaning and the floors didn’t feel like they’d been mopped. The bathrooms were spotless. And the house is in a convenient location to both the beach and the pool.

THE best Spring Break!

We had the very best spring break at Keep Calm & Carillon! Two families of four fully enjoyed the house- the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook, the house had great beds and towels, the beach was beautiful and the pools were icing on the cake!! We absolutely loved all the spaces in this house- the bunk room was so fun for our kids (ages 7-10), the king rooms on the same floor were so nice and convenient, the boys loved going to the 3rd floor for play time, and the adults absolutely loved the first floor kitchen and bathroom. Plus! The outdoor shower was such a nice touch when coming back from the beach. We also loved the community- everyone was so nice and welcoming, the beach was stunning and not crowded at all, and the pools were warm and heated for us! So nice!!! We would definitely book this house again, and cannot wait to return in March of next year!

Beautiful Vacation Home in the lovely Carillon Community

We had the best, relaxing time at “Keep Calm and Carillon”. The home is very accommodating, beautiful and exactly what we were looking for on our Spring Break family vacation. The beach was just a few steps away and we enjoyed a gorgeous view of the ocean from the top level of the home. The Carillon community is such a calm, friendly atmosphere which is perfect for families. Karen was excellent to work with and she was readily available to answer any questions we had. We will definitely be returning again for years to come.

Fantastic Stay

The house is spacious, and very well maintained. There are plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, so it never feels cramped or crowded, even with a large family. This home has an ideal location in the neighborhood, being steps away from both the heated pool, and the beach, and away from the main streets in the neighborhood.

Great property close to the beach

This property is in an excellent location within seconds from the beach! It is well stocked with everything you need for a relaxing stay and even had a pack n play for our infant daughter (one less thing we had to bring). We loved the comfortable beach chairs and umbrella set up for us on the beach! This house is a steal as far as location and amenities in the community go. We will definitely stay here again!

Keep Calm & Carillon was a great home for our family Thanksgiving gathering! We had our great-grandmother all the way down to an infant & everyone in between staying there! We loved the beautiful decor & comfortable accommodations throughout the house. The living room area was great for family time & the screened-in front porch was our favorite!

Great house and location.

We enjoyed staying at Keep Calm and Carillon. It was our second stay there. We love the layout of the house and it is very close to the beach access which is awesome. Karen and Kristi were great to work with and were very prompt with all our needs. I only gave it 4 stars overall because i think its starting to show some wear. The carpets and runners need cleaning, and the outdoor mat on the porch needs replacing. Also, they were doing construction on the front porch doors the first couple days, which is fine, i realize it has to be done. But the workers left trash and painters tape laying all over the place and we had to clean it up. All that being said, I would stay there again. I like the house and we love carillon. So I would recommend it!
