Condo as nice as seen in the listing’s pictures. The amenities of the property, the water park, lazy river pool, other pools and hot tub as well as the beach and beach chairs made for an all inclusive stay. Fantastic view from the balcony. Beds were comfortable. Highly recommend and will likely be back.

Wonderful stay!

We loved our week here at this unit! It was very clean and well stocked. The kitchen cabinets and light switches were labeled which made things much easier. The host was very nice and sent tons of useful info prior to our stay and made sure to check in to see that everything was going good for us. Check in and check out was a breeze. Would definitely stay again!

Amazing stay

I've been coming to PCB for 30 years. This is absolutely the best condo I have stayed at ever by far. Clean, new, great beds, modern appearance, organized, well thought out. Honestly it presents itself like a condo that the owner has lived in and just started to rent but I know that is not the case. I feel very lucky we were able to get this unit and when I come back next year, I will definitely hope this is available for our dates. There is much more I could say about this and it would all be positive but maybe no one will read it all.

Wonderful stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The condo was SPACIOUS and CLEAN! It was perfect for my stay with three kids and their grandmother. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. There was entertainment at the splash pad for my 1 year old while my four and seven year olds enjoyed the lazy river and pool. The convenience of included beach service (two chairs and an umbrella) was amazing. Two restaurants on property made it so we barely had to leave. We also loved the parking garage and covered crossing. Had the weather not been beautiful, we wouldn’t have been exposed to weather trying to load and unload our car with three kids. Darren was so responsive if I had a question about the property. Thanks so much for such a wonderful stay!

Not what we got

I came to the VRBO website and found this room. I clicked my dates and started the reservation process. About two weeks after I booked the room I got an email from Book That Condo that we had been moved to another room room that was very similar because the owners of this room no longer utilize their company. I asked was the price and everything that was included the same and I was told yes. This was a lie!!! I would have much rather had this room than the one we were moved to. Beach chairs were not included like they were in this room. I was told that we most likely would not get in the room until after 4 pm. So we left later to accommodate this and I got a text from them at 2 that our room was ready. I was just very annoyed with the move and lack of communication

Overall we had a great time

First day we learned the washer was broke and moldy. They were quick to repair. The grills are down at groud level and you have to call maintenance to lite. So start dinner early. But we had a blast

Fantastic family vacation

The condo was great! Plenty of room for our family of 5 to spread out. The view was beautiful! The pools, hot tub, water play area, and lazy river at Splash Resort gave the kids lots to do when we took a break from the beach. My only complaint is there were only 3 spoons, maybe add a few more.

Good condo

Condo was nice. Cons were being right next to the trash Shute so the hall smelled bad the entire trip. Tons of extra pillows but no pillow cases for them. No bedding for the pull out bed. No extra blanket or anything to use for couch/bed. Check in isn’t until 4 but gift shop closes at 4 so you can’t get parking/wrist bands. Coffee/ice cream shop has no posted hours. Arcade is no longer there. No ramp to the beach, was tough since we had a wagon.

Our week was wonderful the weather was perfect. The condo was awesome very updated and clean. The only issue we had was checking in we were supposed to be able to check in from 12-2 and some how that got messed up and we didn’t get checked in till almost 6. It wouldn’t have been a problem but we drove 9+ hours so we had planed to be in early and get our day started and with a 1 and a 4 year old it was hard to keep them patient. But we made it work. Glad we had a wonderful week and plan to be back.

It was not ready when we arrived which was earlier then 4pm but after 4pm we still had to wait because it was not cleaned after they inspected it was still not clean and the staff was not helpful at all, on retrieving a key code so we could enter the room. I will not be staying there again and do not recommend!!!

The property was just as listed. It was clean and very well coordinated. It was a last minute arrangement but well worth it! The only issue I had was there aren't any numbers on the building so we had a little trouble finding (had to ask other patrons). Great Stay!

Good and Bad

Staff was very friendly! However, walking back and forth from parking garage was a long trip. Elevators take forever, our room wasn't ready for check in, the outside pool was had all kinds of stuff floating in it such as pasta, seaweed and dead draggonflies. And way too cold. Hot tub was always packed. TV was left on streaming and couldn't change it.Never a luggage cart when you want one. Maybe I'm too picky. But won't be staying there in the future.

My Thoughts

Overall, we enjoyed the stay at the condo unit. Didn't do anything but shower and sleep use it for a hub. Never cooked, turned on TV, etc. I would indicate a little more upfront info on the check in status only because it was somewhat confusing. I had to go to a property managers office and then when we arrived onsite we went through a secondary check in process. Also, the paper wrist bands the condo group gave us once we arrived onsite with instructions to wear during our stay where a little much. But nevertheless. Overall good experience.

Overall great experience, renting the condo, still awaiting my refundable $500 deposit. We checked out on March 22. In my opinion, we should not have to wait that long to get our deposit back.

Excellent overall. Bit of a scare during check in on Feb 1,2023. We were advised check in was allowed after 4:00pm. We arrived at 4:20 pm to find no one at SPLASH desk and no msg text or email for room door code #. Called our number for questions and received taped message that they were not available. This could have been resolved with earlier instructions that an email or text would be sent as late as 6pm or even later, if room was still being cleaned

Splash resort

Check in process was really easy. We showed up well before check in and there were signs on parking deck to show us where to park and go to get our wrist bands and parking pass. Lady in gift shop was really nice. My three year old was upset she didn’t get a wrist band and the woman gave her a small mermaid toy and cheered her up. There were plenty of restrooms for us to change in for the beach that day because we couldn’t access our room until around 3:00. Received a text with my code letting me know our room was ready. The condo room was very spacious. The rooms are on two opposite ends of the room which I liked. The king bed was firm but really cozy. View was beautiful. Very clean and they provided us with enough essentials and towels for our stay. Washer and dryer work very quickly. Elevator was on the busy side. There is only two elevators per tower, so when we were going down for dinner Saturday night everyone was getting checked in and there was a bit of a wait. Other than that we were able to get on and off the elevator fairly quickly. The splash pad was a little dated with paint chipping but that’s to be expected over time. My three year old LOVED the splash pad. Overall loved it and will stay again.
