C106 is a two-bedroom standard floor plan that will accommodate up to six guests with a spacious 1050 sq. feet, fully furnished. C106 also has an underbuilding parking space for one vehicle. Unit is located on the first floor which is not ground level, it's up one floor in the "C" building.

The living room has a flat screen TV/cable, sofa and floor to ceiling sliding glass doors that lead to the balcony.

The dining area includes a table that seats four and a bar that seats three.

The kitchen is fully equipped with new cabinets and granite top counters.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, a flat screen TV/cable, a small bench for sitting and a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

The guest bedroom has two full size beds, a flat screen TV/cable and a full bathroom with a walk-in shower.

There is a washer/dryer in the condo and tile flooring throughout. The balcony includes five chairs and one small table.

The "C" building faces sideways so you are overlooking the pool and looking west/down the beach instead of directly at it. You can still see the water and it has an amazing view of the sunset. This room includes a covered parking spot underneath the building.
