PCB Old Lady Trip '24

This was the third year in a row that we have stayed in this beautiful condo - the upgrades were nice. We added two of my friends to the old lady crew and they loved the condo just as much as my mom, her friend and I do. Once again, the weather was perfect for balcony sitting at all hours of the day. PCB was pretty quiet this year with the bikers leaving the day after we arrived, so the condo and the surrounding areas were not too busy. Walt was wonderful in answering my early check in questions, and when he sent a sweet girl up to bring us more towels and check on a couple of issues. God willing, we will be back next year.

Beautiful Beach House

This corner unit was amazing! The interior is beautifully furnished and decorated, perfect for an upscale beach house vibe. However, it's the view that sold us. It's gorgeous! We would highly recommend this experience for a wonderful Gulf Coast vacation or getaway.

2nd Golden Girls Trip to PCB

I stayed in condo 2107A last year with my mom and her friend and we loved it, so I booked it again. My 87 year old mom and her 80 year old best friend LOVE the condo and so do I. It's beautiful and the pictures do not do it justice. Three couples and a child or two would fit perfectly. It would work for a girls week/end too. I feel that it is located out of the crazy busy part of PCB, but still not too far from everything. Even with Bike Week going on, it wasn't hard to get wherever we needed to go. The pools are wonderful (one heated, one not). Check in this year was easy breezy and done online. The internet was spotty last year, but worked like a charm this year. The beds in 2 rooms are TALL, so if you are on the shorter side, bring a small step to get into bed. I brought one for my mom this year. I could go on and on about how much I love this condo, but I will stop. God willing, we will be back next year!!

Absolutely beautiful!

We had a wonderful trip! The condo itself had breathtaking views, super clean & fit our group of eight comfortably. Only down fall was our kitchen lights did not work..but then was totally fine, we had the curtains open most of the time anyways. Over-all 10/10 recommend

Great Property!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Gulf Crest. The beach was gorgeous and the property was well-maintained. The unit itself appeared to be newly renovated, and we had everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen was well-equipped and the condo was spacious for our travel group of 4 adults and 2 children. We had a few minor issues during our stay (the shower drain was clogged when we arrived, and the oven stopped working half-way through our stay), but both times management was very responsive and had the issue fixed before the end of the day. The only unavoidable issue we had was the road noise/club noise from the night club across the street. It was very loud in the street-facing bedrooms. Thankfully this was only a problem on Saturday evening…the remainder of our stay was quiet. We will definitely be back to this wonderful condo! Incredible sunset views and a stunning beach just a few steps away from the elevator.

Beautiful condo and view

I took my 86 year old mom and her 80 year old best friend with me on my annual fall trip to the Emerald Coast. I chose this condo because of the three bedrooms and the wrap around balcony and it did not disappoint. The condo looked just like the pictures, as did the balcony. The beach view is breath taking. Two of the beds are tall, so be prepared to catapult into them if you are on the shorter side. The internet was very spotty when we tried to watch tv, but it did nothing to ruin our vacation. My mom and her friend found shows to watch when they weren't on the balcony. They were plastering the pools, one at a time, when we arrived. It was a minor inconvenience that we were able to live with. It was really nice when the heated pool was done and I was able to enjoy 2 full days in it. Check in process was easy. Check out process was easy. Great rolled ice cream shop in front of the condo. The location of the property was so easy to navigate all around. I highly recommend this property and I would rent it again.

Condo is Perfect! Amenities not as described…

We loved this unit from the moment we walked in the door. The views at sunset are truly breathtaking, and there really is a ton of space. There’s even a separate drink fridge in the laundry room! The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was one of the most spacious our group has found for this size condo- plus, 10 people had places to sit and eat (4 at the table, 6 on stools at the bar)! My only hesitation is the bar/drive thru liquor store in front of the development is quite the party spot, making the 2 rooms facing the back of the condo noisy at night. But they kindly provided sound machines in all bedrooms. The downside- the Wi-Fi never worked for the duration of the stay. There were instructions telling how to access in the room and in the renter portal, but the network we were instructed to use never popped up. Ever- we reset the router, everything. I reached out to the realty company, and they stated they would look into it and get back to me. I never heard from them. We went through the same scenario each night of my 4 night stay- me being assured I’d get an update, and it not happening. When I would call in to check on the status, it was almost like the company was trying to pass the buck and say it was the HOA’s issue, and they were trying to reach the HOA, but couldn’t as it was the weekend. Then on Monday they mentioned bringing me a hotspot, and then said they didn’t have one. The most frustrating part of this was that if you look at the reviews, the Wi-Fi has been an issue for about 6 weeks. Very disappointing the issue has not been resolved. Once I was back home, I got a call and was told the owners were willing to give me a 12% credit for the Wi-Fi issue- I’m grateful, but would have rather been able to enjoy the Wi-Fi/4 tvs in the unit. One other issue we found in previous reviews was that the oven was broken. We didn’t attempt to use it until the let night, when low and behold, it wouldn’t come on. All in all, this is a great unit, but it does seem that the realty company and/or the owners are not following up on chronic issues. Just disappointing for the caliber unit this is.

Room with a view

The room was beautiful and large enough for our group of nine people. Plenty of room in the kitchen with all the cooking utensils we needed. The only negatives (minor) for me were the wi-fi was week at times and the paper products were in short supply for a family room. We had a great time and would consider coming back here in the future.
