  • Ce condo au 2e étage peut être loué comme une chambre à QUATRE OU une efficacité de trois chambres et une chambre pour 4 personnes.

    La chambre principale sur l'eau a un lit king size et la télévision par câble ainsi qu'une vue magnifique sur l'océan et l'accès au balcon. LA CHAMBRE PRINCIPALE A UNE SALLE DE BAIN PRIVÉE AVEC UNE BAIGNOIRE JACUZZI.

    La 2ème chambre a un lit king size et une télévision par câble à écran plat sur le mur.

    La 3ème chambre a un lit queen size et une télévision par câble à écran plat sur le mur.

    Le salon a des fenêtres du sol au plafond donnant sur l'océan, avec accès au balcon surdimensionné et un canapé-lit queen.

    La 4ème chambre ou l'efficacité a un lit king size, un lit superposé double, une télévision par câble à écran plat de 55 pouces, une vue sur l'océan et son propre balcon privé donnant sur l'océan. Il dispose d'une salle de bains privative avec une baignoire jacuzzi. Il dispose également d'une kitchenette.

    Avec des plafonds de neuf pieds, des moulures couronnées, des carreaux partout, des comptoirs en granit, des ventilateurs de plafond partout et des baignoires et des douches de jardin en marbre avec douche de massage, ce condo a tout pour plaire! De ces balcons au 2e étage, vous surplomberez une étendue de 1700 pieds de plage de sable blanc de sucre.

Vacation Made Easy

This condo was just what we needed for our family getaway. We walked in and everything was clean, nothing needed to be done. It was very spacious and their was plenty of room for my immediate family and in-laws. The 3 bathrooms definitely helped make things easy with bathing kiddos. Can’t wait to come back and stay here again!

I’ve used VRBO for years and have never had to leave a negative review, but unfortunately I feel obligated to this time.When we arrived, the condo was not clean. There was food left in the cabinets, sand all over the floors, and sand/dirt in the bathtubs. While disappointing, I was willing to overlook those issues. However, during our stay we found multiple large cockroaches in the unit.After reporting it, someone did come the next day and sprayed what appeared to be store-bought bug spray, but we found another cockroach the following day. It was very upsetting, especially for my daughters, who became afraid to sleep because they were worried bugs would get into their beds.Management agreed to refund the cleaning fee because of the condition of the unit, but that refund was never issued. They also stopped responding to my emails regarding the matter.The overall property itself was nice, but this particular unit was not clean and I would not recommend staying in it. I truly did not want to leave a negative review, but I also don’t want another family to have the same experience we did.

Pool had to many strict rules could play in the pool, have floats or balls the kids couldn’t have any toys in pool. Kids had to come out of the pool every hour for ten minutes. Per room the ice maker didn’t work none of the bedroom doors lock, There was a mouse. We will not be staying there again due to so many rules

Annual Beach Getaway 2022

We had a good stay at the Boardwalk Beach Resort as usual. However, the property/unit that we stayed at had a few issues that we tried to get resolved while we were there, but no responses from local maintenance or ECDI on these items were received. The drains in the two guest bathroom showers were slow to drain and the microwave over the stove would not work properly and even wamr up food or coffee.

I was worried about a condo at first as we usually stay in a townhouse but I was very pleased! The elevators were fast! The beach wasn’t overcrowded. Communication with manager was very easy and they responded quickly! My only complaint was security knocked on our door after 11PM for a float that was outside of our door. I feel like they should make rounds earlier!

Nice place

Very nice place. The door to balcony was very hard to open but maintenance came the last day and fixed. The AC quit working as well but was fixed within 24 hours. The room with the queen bed is super tiny. Unable to walk on either side of bed so you have to crawl from the bottom of the bed to get in. No closet or dressers in this room. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Extremely dirty .. like 2 inches of dust on the slats of the doors.. a/c not cool at all and the smell was old.. dirty .. musty .. smell .. and the dryer squeaked so loud .. it was awful .. and the master bedroom door didn’t lock.... overall Sooo extremely filthy

Family trip

The property was the perfect size for our family. Our daughter and her family stayed in the room with the bunk beds and was perfect for them. Location was perfect. The negative had to be the kitchen. The oven door is literally falling apart and needs to be replaced. There weren’t any large serving or mixing bowls.The crockpot was missing the pot to put food in. The washing machine was moldy and smelled terrible. Also the ice maker didn’t dispense ice. The master bath leaked because the rubber gasket at the bottom of the door was missing. Overall the condo was good but definitely needs some maintenance.
