Livin Laguna Loca is 0.3 mi from a private beach renters can use. All well behaved dogs welcome - no size restrictions. Gas golf cart included. Tucked away street offers peace without sacrificing distance to the emerald waters and sugar sands of quiet Laguna Beach, FL.

Modern home includes a fully equipped kitchen, fully fenced yard, crib, high chair, pack n' play, kids dishes/utensils, 1200 Mbps Wi-Fi, charcoal grill, outdoor dining area, rainy day games, cornhole, ping pong/pool table, smart roku TVs for streaming, outdoor shower, free parking, full washer/dryer, ceiling fans, central AC, Microbubble shower heads, and beach cruiser bicycles. Some beach chairs, a beach umbrella, a cooler, boogie boards, and a beach cart will also be available.

3 bedrooms comfortably sleep 8 guests on CertiPUR-US, pressure-relieving, memory foam beds (2 kings, 4 bunks). Each bunk bed can sleep adults up to 200-250 lbs. Two full bathrooms (1 walk-in shower, 1 tub/shower combo), ample storage, and open floor plan ensure everyone has enough space to relax.

Quieter, family-friendly golf cart community but minutes from shopping, restaurants, entertainment, dog beach, nature preserves, etc. Short drive to Emerald Coast attractions like Pier Park, Panama City Beach, Seaside, Rosemary Beach, 30A, Frank Brown Park, and Destin. 20 minutes from ECP Airport. Property is near the famous Carousel Supermarket and Thomas Donut & Snack/Ice Cream Shop.

A one-time per trip $100 pet fee will be added for pets.

Since we do not charge extra for the golf cart and it is included as a free perk, if the golf cart is not working properly a refund will not apply. They cost $100-$200/day to rent from local golf cart rental companies depending on the season.

Spacious, very clean house in a terrific location. Bright and open kitchen, dining, living room area. No carpet or rugs. Do bring slippers or comfortable shoes to wear inside if you have cold feet. Nice kitchen appliances. Well stocked kitchen with dishes, pots and pans, utensils, and various spices. Bring your own products like toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, zip lock bags, etc. Beds were very comfortable. Pillows were just OK. We were there during a cold snap. Could have used an additional blanket. Thankfully we travel with some. Ample towels in the baths. Private side yard with table and chairs for eating out. Yard entirely stone which was tough for our small dog to navigate. We had fun riding around in the golf cart. The gas station isn't exactly close by so be ready for a ride there for fill up. Grocery and beach are easily accessible by golf cart but also could walk. We felt very safe in the neighborhood. We walked it each day. Met some very nice people. The house is next to an open lot that's for sale. Nothing across the street but heavy vegetation. It was very quiet. Could hear the ocean at night. We did have a few problems with low water pressure and noisy/leaking kitchen faucet. Turning on the dryer caused a breaker to pop and living room TV and outlets to stop working. Closets doors needed new latches as they didn't stay shut. Property manager Kiersten was quick to respond. I'm sure repairs will be made soon. We will be back!

Girls Beach Getaway

Beautiful, clean home! The pictures do not do the property justice. It’s very clean and everything is updated. There was plenty of room and the fenced in yard was a huge bonus! It’s close to everything and yet, pretty secluded and quiet. We would definitely stay here again!

Quiet Area Close to the beach

We walked in and everything was clean and nice. Although we did not use the golf cart it was so fancy. We enjoyed the walk through the path with the cute ducks on the way to the beach. The donut shop close by with the beach view was a hit with us as well. We enjoyed our stay!

Best Vacation in years

So glad to find this home for us to vacation in for 2 weeks! It was perfect place to relax and recharge! This house was perfect for our family to enjoy the beach, the food and shopping that we were able to get to all with the golf cart! Will definitely stay here again.

Amazing Rental

We felt like we were at home during our vacation! The home was well stocked. The golf cart was extremely helpful and our family enjoyed riding it! Being able to have our dogs there was the best part! We would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed the Netflix movies,the golf cart,& pool table. The house was beautifully developed,clean,& had everything we needed. Kirsten was a great hostess. Very prompt with all questions which I really appreciated. Walking distance to beach or can use golf cart. Not many restaurants in area but Thomas donuts was delicious. No sidewalks in area so must be careful when walking.

Pretty home but not being cleaned and maintained…..beware of a lot of feral cats.

Pretty Home but was not being cleaned and maintained. We found hair and stains on all the beds. We found what looked to be animal fecal stains all over couch. We called owner and we decided the quickest way to resolve was to replace sheets with ones in storage and cover couch with sheets also. We later found that stove was not clean, bathroom toilet loose from floor, sinks and toilet not clean under rims, master shower head leaking and spraying ceiling. We made do and told the owner most of the items and end of trip so it could be fixed for next renters. We didn’t want to be interrupted by cleaners or plumbers with our dogs in the house. Then there is the issue with 5 feral cats that are being fed in empty lot next door. I found that they were jumping up on truck leaving hair, sand and possibly scratches on hood. So I spent time trying to find a way to cover and to prevent damage from the cats. They also had jumped inside truck while window was open. We couldn’t use the back yard and grill area due smell from cats using sand/dirt for bathroom. The owner did refund the cleaning fee and cleaning products that needed to be bought.

The cleanest place I’ve ever stayed on vacation!

This place was amazing! It has every amenity you could possibly need! My 5 year old said he wanted to stay a month, not because of the beach or the activities, just because of the house! It’s the cleanest place I’ve ever rented for vacation! The owner was prompt replying to questions on the stay. This place is worth every penny!

Perfect location and amenities. The house is beautiful and pet friendly. Love the scent of the beach since it is more residential than commercial. If you were looking for a getaway this is the spot to do it. Check in and check out was smooth. Also the golf cart that is included was great. Will be back to rent again for sure.

Perfect snowbird home

My husband and I spent 5 weeks here and it always felt like home. Well stocked kitchen, beds are comfortable, strong Wi-Fi, quiet area and loved having use of the golf cart to get to the beach quickly. Kiersten was so easy to work with, always prompt. Both my husband and I work remote full time so strong Wi-Fi was critical for us. Being there for so long we met some neighbors during walks, friendly folks. The house has a great layout, enjoyed the patio space and grill. We really enjoyed our time there!

Great house located close to the beach but in a quiet neighborhood

The house was great. It was well equipped. It is in a neighborhood close to the beach. The house comes with a golf cart that makes getting to the beach so easy. All the beds were very comfortable. We were able to bring our dogs which made the vacation so much more enjoyable to us. The fenced in back yard worked perfectly for our fur-babies. Working with Kiersten to rent the house was so easy and she was always available to answer questions or help out. My family had a wonderful, relaxing trip.
