I loved the condo! Beautifully decorated! The patio furniture was great for relaxing after a day spent at the beach. The complementary beach chairs were an added bonus. Thanks for helping to make our vacation fantastic!!

Overall the room was nice. I would loved to have a real blanket on the bed versus a cover the thickness of a heavy sheet. There was a fleece blanket we were able to use, but a blanket would have been better. We would book here again.

The view was amazing, even though the weather was less than ideal for a beach trip. The condo was beautifully decorated, the couch was not the most comfortable, but overall we had a great time and we would book this condo again.

The room is comfortable and nicely equipped compared to some of the other condos at Aqua. Truthfully, we didn't spend much time in the room because the weather was so nice and we found great food nearby. The bed was comfortable, but a bit high for a short person.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit #2306 is a great unit at Aqua. We stayed in this unit a couple of years ago as well and had an exceptional stay. The interior is nicely decorated and you can tell that both the owners and management company strive to keep the unit in excellent shape. This unit has everything you need to have the best vacation possible. We loved the fact that beach chairs were included. When we decide to return to Panama City Beach, Aqua and unit #2306 will be one of our top choices for lodging.

Great Room, crummy weather

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The room was great. We didn't really get to use it much other than sleeping and using the bathrooms. Trying to figure out the TV was a challenge. We had rain /overcast skied every day but 2, one of which was sunny and warm. We've been going to the Aqua for 10 years now. Second time in this room because we liked it so much. Our only complaint was that the outdoor bar was closed for the season.

Wonderful condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything about this condo is great. It was very clean and check-in was quick. Appliances and large televisions are very nice. We had a small issue with the entry door code not working. Had to enter it repeatedly a few times throughout our stay to get it to work. The staff was very helpful when we were concerned about hurricane Ian possibly hitting PCB, since we had flown in and didn't rent a car.The Aqua resort is beautiful. It's convenient to Pier Park and WalMart and Target. This is our second year to PCB and each time we have flown and not rented a car. Uber from airport is easy and around $40 for two people. We had Wal-Mart deliver our first big order of groceries and walked there a few others times the two weeks we were there. Overall, everything was great and we hope to return, hopefully next year.

It had new appliances and was clean. The elevator situation was ridiculous. Long waits and anxiety since my Brother and I are handicapped and can NOT do stairs. No carts to be found, thank God we had family there that helped us. Conveniently located and near everything. Could not return however because of the elevator situation.

No complaint about the condo. There is however a problem with the building- we rented 5 nights were without water/electricity/ air conditioning four times. This is not acceptable. Our room would get so hot we had to leave & we won’t discuss not having flushable toilets

All information we needed was provided in the days and weeks leading to check in. My wife and I were there as I was taking part in Ironman Florida. The location of this condo was great as it was walking distance to everything we needed. Upon check in there was one very minor issue with housekeeping. I contacted the number provided and a manager came to our room quickly and remedied the issue and they went above and beyond while there. Everyone we encountered was friendly and professional! We would stay here again and highly recommend. We read lots of reviews about issues with the elevators, we did not experience. Actually the complete opposite. Elevators was quick and clean.

The condo was very clean, plenty of space, towels. Had all the utensils in the kitchen. We didn’t have to worry about anything. Bring your food, drinks and enjoy the beach. Had a great vacation.

Reviewer Comments: We been staying at Aqua for last 12 years this is first time we stay at 2306 it is very nice to stay at 23rd floor we were looking from out side from our balcony all you see is blue water you don't even see a land it was breathtaking view of the sea we love all about Aqua we have never have problem there from office staff and maintenance staff everyone is doing excellent job I will never stay anywhere else in Panama city Beach unit 2306 is what we wanted owner decorate is just like your house each and every corner will catch your eyes we will be back for the unit 2306. Other good things about Aqua is it is located right next to Walmart, pier park shopping all restaurants all are walking distance.

Best Trip Ever

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: What an amazing condo! Our first family vacation with our 3 year old. This condo was decorated beautifully! Little details that made our experience so great. The cordless vacuum for the sand, the Keurig because I never go a day without coffee, the large bathroom, etc. Fast elevators, great parking, close easy access to the pool and beach (and the beach chairs were included)! And the easy access to Pier Park was the icing on the cake! We plan on staying in this condo every year if available. I promise you that you won’t be disappointed if you stay here!
