Unit 1002 is located on the 10th floor of Grand Panama Beach Resort. Tower 1 is practically on the sand of the beautiful Emerald Coast, giving you breath-taking, unobstructed views from the private balcony with balcony entrances from both the living room and master bedroom.

This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit with 1135 SF sleeps 8 in 1 King, 1 Queen, 3 Twins and a Queen sleeper sofa with all new mattresses. The kitchen is fully stocked including a Keurig duo and spices. All linens are provided (except for beach towels) along with 4 beach chairs, a beach wagon and a large umbrella for you to enjoy the sugar sand beach. Smart TVs in each room have Direct TV streaming, Paramount+, HBO and Showtime included and a washer and dryer are in the condo for your use.

Master: King bed, balcony access, Oceanview, 40" smart tv; private bath with separate soaker tub and walk in shower, double vanity.
Bedroom #2: Queen bed, 32" smart tv, Ocean view, dresser, guest chair, en suite bath entrance.
Hall Bunks: 2 twin beds with a 3rd twin trundle.

What's Provided:
Kitchen: All the basics needed to prepare full meals, dishes, glasses, mugs, silverware, kids' plates and sippy cups, blender, toaster, refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, range/oven, dishwasher, Keurig duo, hand mixer and can opener. Starter dishwashing soap, dishwasher pods, sponge, paper towels, dishtowels, trash bags and hand soap. Full spice rack and salt/pepper.

Bathroom: All towels (except beach towels), starter shampoo/soap, makeup washcloths, hand soap.

Bedrooms: Sheets, blankets, and the best pillows on the planet! Seriously, guests ask me for the link to purchase their own all the time!

Smart Tvs: All tvs include subscriptions to Hulu, Disney+ and ESPN+, and you can log in to any other channels you wish with your account.

Beachy stuff: 4 beach chairs, beach wagon, and large umbrella.

Other extras: Cozy throw blankets, pack 'n' play, high chair/booster seat.

Door code for access is provided 2 days before check in to the email provided during the reservation process. $55 resort fee is paid directly to the resort at check in which includes wristbands and parking pass for one vehicle.
