Appartementen in Panama City

"Beautiful accomodation at a very good location. Reception staff was very helpfull. Staff in the restaurant in the evening were hard to find and we had to wait very long for everything we ordered. E.g we waited more than 15minutes to get a cup of tea. The rooms were cleaned daily. However, the heads of the bed were very dusty. We had to catch an early flight and it was a bit of a negotiation to get breakfast. The only hand out breakfastpackages with ham sandwiches. Asking for different sandwiches was not possible. At last the manager, Edwin, stepped in and made it possible for us to get something from the breakfast buffet. I would not expect a breakfast-take-out to be such a drama. Especially not when you’ve paid to get breakfast included in the room rate. "

"Comfortable & nice hotel. Not the fanciest hotel in town but good value for the price. Breakfast was very good and different everyday. The restaurant also serves delicious meals! Some small items for improvement; the chairs in the lounge area were not good; you’d fall right through the chair because the straps underneath the chair was missing. The door in the shower did not fully close and the door of the room also did not close properly. The staff was very nice and helpfull. Also got a lot of help with booking of tours. "

"ze zijn uiterst behulpzaam en doen er alles aan de gasten te voorzien. In de aangeboden kamer hadden we heel slecht wifi bereik ze boden ons een soortgelijke kamer op een andere verdieping aan of alsnog upgrade naar een suite ondanks die normaliter maar voor 3 pers is "
