The master bedroom offers a private en-suite bath with a King size bed. Sliding glass doors that lead directly out to the backyard and refreshing pool.
The second and third bedrooms have fun, modern furnishings and both offer large closets. One offers a Queen size bed and The other room has a 28" TV and King size bed. The guest bathroom is clean and bright with a tub and shower.

No outdoor music (Palm Springs has a strict noise ordinance for all vacation rentals).
**By City of Palm Springs Ordinance, the following are required to rent a short term rental in the city:
1. Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age.
2. Primary renter must provide a copy of his/her government issued I.D. prior to check-in. A copy of I.D. is kept on file while guest is at property and will be shared with Vacation Rental Compliance Officials on demand as required by law.
3. Responsible party (primary renter) is required to sign a short term rental agreement(contract).
4. All guests are required to print and sign names to City of Palm Springs confirmation that Good Neighbor Brochure has been read and understood by all adult occupants (this will be emailed with the rental agreement).
5. No more than 2 adults per bedroom (6 max) are allowed to occupy the home overnight with 2 additional guests allowed during daytime hours.
An additional 2 children under the age of 12 years old are allowed per rental, but Please keep in mind that we only have 3 beds.
6. No more than 1 car per bedroom are allowed to be parked at the house overnight with 1 additional car allowed during daytime hours. (3 cars max)
7. Trash must be kept in the provided receptacle out of public view.
8. Outdoor music is prohibited 24 hours per day. It is further expected that noise created at the home will not be audible beyond the property line. Quiet time is between 10pm and 10am.
**These rules are set forth by City Ordinance and apply to ALL rentals in the City of Palm Springs. They are intended to help create peaceful neighborhoods in which rentals exist.
Please provide email addresses for all adults staying in the home. We are now using signnow to submit edocs for guests to complete the rental docs electronically.
