The Space:

THE SPACE & DESIGN



Step inside a bright, thoughtfully appointed home where yellow, teal, and white accents create a light-filled, inviting atmosphere. Expansive glass sliders blur the boundary between indoors and out—you'll find yourself flowing effortlessly between the climate-controlled interior and your private outdoor paradise. The layout is single-level, making it easy to navigate with groups, kids, and luggage.



LIVING & ENTERTAINING



The open-concept living area centers on comfortable seating with a Smart TV for streaming and movies. The kitchen is genuinely well-stocked for real cooking. Beyond the appliances (dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, stove), you'll find cooking basics and extras that mean you can prepare family dinners and group brunches—not just heat takeout. There's a coffee maker ready each morning, and a dining table that comfortably seats all eight guests. A dedicated workspace is available if you need to stay connected.

GOOD TO KNOW



The home includes detailed instruction guides with pictures for all systems and amenities (thermostat, BBQ, hot tub, WiFi, etc.). The hosts are responsive to questions during your stay and happy to provide local recommendations. Please plan your arrival within normal daytime hours to ensure a smooth check-in. Due to proximity to Palm Springs airport, you may occasionally hear aircraft overhead—most guests find this a minor detail that doesn't affect their experience, though light sleepers may want to know. One entrance to the property has limited hours; your host will clarify which entry to use upon booking. The pool typically reaches optimal temperature within a day or two; if you'd like it warmer for your arrival, just mention it when you book.



Guest Access:

Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire house, the full property including the backyard oasis, and the garage. Keyless entry provides seamless check-in. On-site parking is available for a maximum of four vehicles in the driveway and garage.

In compliance with City of Palm Springs regulations, the primary renter must provide a copy of a government-issued ID, submit the license plate numbers for all vehicles parked at the property, and sign a required rental agreement prior to check-in; all adult occupants must also confirm that they have read the City’s Good Neighbor Brochure.



*** SECURITY DEPOSIT *** THE SECURITY DEPOSIT HOLD IS $1999 ($2499 for reservations exceeding 28-days) AND WILL BE PROCESSED 5 DAYS PRIOR TO CHECK-IN/ARRIVAL AND RETURNED 7 DAYS FROM THE DAY OF CHECK-OUT TO ALLOW POST INSPECTION OF PROPERTY FOR CLEARANCE OF CONDITIONS (Does not apply to Airbnb reservations)***



*** Early Check-in / Late Check-out: We are happy to offer flexible arrival and departure times, when possible, for an additional fee of $25 per hour. Please request this service in advance.



***Cancellation Policy:** Please be advised that a 5% service charge applies to all refunds to cover non-refundable credit card processing fees. Refer to the platform's cancellation policy for specific refund amounts and timelines.

* 100% refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking.

* 50% refund for cancellations made at least 30 days before check-in.

* No refund for cancellations made within 30 days of check-in."



***Pool Heating:** Optional pool heating is available for a fee of $99 per night and must be reserved for a minimum of 2 consecutive nights. Please provide at least 48 hours' notice before your arrival to ensure the pool is heated for your stay.



*** ADDITIONAL CLEANING REQUIREMENTS: *** To maintain the exceptional condition of the home, reservations of 45 consecutive nights or longer require a mandatory mid-stay cleaning at $150.00 per service (linen laundering not included), in addition to the departure cleaning fee. If a mid-term reservation is extended and becomes subject to this requirement, the applicable cleaning fee(s) will be added accordingly and reflected on the guest's final post-checkout invoice.
