The perfect house in the perfect location

My friends and I stayed here during Coachella weekend and had an amazing time! Emily was so sweet and accommodating and even let us do an early check-in, so we could make it to the festival on time. It was the perfect distance from the festival, the pool was super close (basically in the backyard), and we had everything we needed to cook, relax, and get ready. Would definitely stay here again! :)

Excellent - Location Location Location

This is our second time renting in Monterey CC - honestly cannot beat the location. This unit is very clean and superbly equipped. Comfortable beds and furniture. Backing onto a green space with the pool just steps across the grass. We could not be happier with our stay here, and would love to come back. Emily is super responsive, and made sure that everything from booking to check in and check out went smoothly.

Beautiful vacation property

I had a wonderful 3-week stay at this property! The home was modern, comfortable and well-stocked with amenities. It was easy to communicate with the friendly, welcoming host. The whole community is clean, safe and full of friendly neighbours. I really appreciated the very secure entrances, and the location is great! I hope to goback next year!

A great property in a lovely, quiet community.

We rented this property to spend a few days enjoying the California desert, go to Joshua Tree National Park, and attend the ATP Tennis event. The weather wasn't great a good portion of our visit, but our time at this lovely place was very restful and pleasant. Although we were close to the courts, we could not really hear the pickleball groups in the morning and they didn't play all day, so the noise levels at the club were low. There was good privacy on the patio facing the pool, and the front courtyard offered even more privacy for enjoying the outdoors. The inside of the home was clean and generally well maintained. The bedding was extremely comfortable and the furnishings and amenities were just right. The community is beautiful and the neighbors were friendly. Overall, it was a great experience and we would return.

Perfect Paradise!

Emily was so great to work with and was responsive before and during our stay. We loved the back patio where we could gate our little dog in and the lawn around the patio was perfect for walking her. A most thoughtful host

Our first impression was that the host had thought of everything that would make our stay comfortable and convenient. It felt homey without being cluttered. The kitchen had everything one could want including coffee in several forms, tea makings, and even spices. The bathrooms had robes, soaps and lotions like an upscale hotel. Everything worked as described in the personalized booklet. The beds were comfortable and the whole condo felt quite spacious. Interactions with the host were handled promptly and with great consideration. If ever again in Palm Desert, this would be our place to stay.

Simply Perfect!

Very dog friendly (necessary), quiet, clean, ideal location to be close but away from the crowds during a business trip. Absolutely perfect, and as needed, I will book this establishment again! Very nice house, roomy, we’ll furnished and fully loaded. The only problem was that the grass by the patio was muddy and overwatered, probably sprinklers malfunction, other than that the pool was convenient and very close distance from the house.

Beautiful Desert Getaway

This is a wonderful little desert condo! It was clean and well stocked and perfect for a relaxing getaway in the desert. It’s in a gated community with a golf course and very close to the pool. The hosts were wonderful and made us feel at home!

Lovely property. Every attention to detail made it feel like home. We’ll appointed kitchen, bathrooms had everything you need plus robes to make it easy to head to the hot tub just steps away. (It was cool so they were appreciated. Great hiking and golf in the area. We’d never been to the Palm Desert area and had a wonderful time. We’ll be back🙂

Consider this one!

The property was centrally located in the Palm Desert area. It was clean, nicely furnished with a big flatscreen in the living room, and it had a furnished patio with access to grass if needed for a pet. This was my first VRBO stay. The owner was very helpful with my rookie questions and answered promptly. I would stay again and would recommend it to friends.

Weekend Retreat

Great little get away. Location was easy to get to and the host was nice to work with. I had a small issue with the door entry code but it could have been user error and the host helped sort it out quickly. The first day we got there the pool needed a bit of maintenance but the second day it was nice and clean. We would stay here again. Loved all the skylights.

The neighborhood was beautiful and quiet. The home was close to Indian Wells Tennis Garden and the Palm Springs airport and was just right for our experience.
