« We loved our stay at this waterfront guest cottage! It was lovely and very comfortable and had everything we needed for a three day stay with our dog! Paul and his wife Yulia were great hosts, providing restaurant recommendations and were there if we needed them, but the cottage was very private and we didn't feel like we were staying in someone's house. It was very peaceful and quiet. »

« The place is clean and very comfortable. Everything we needed to make meals was there. Great coffee selection too. There were plenty of towels and the bathroom has been remodeled and is very nice. Two air conditioners and two TVs, living room and bedroom. Plenty of parking and quiet neighborhood. The host responds very quickly to every request or question. We really enjoyed it. »

« Well located and close to the Old Town. Great restaurants, shops and attractions… Nice neighborhood. The kitchen appliances were small and very little counter space. Could have used more spoon, only 3! The unit is a bit dated but the little fenced courtyard was very nice, private and cozy. »

This uptown gem is within walking distance to the Fountain of Youth, The Great Cross, National Shrine of our Lady, downtown St Augustine, and some really great neighborhood shops and restaurants. We had everything we needed for us and our fur baby. We will definitely be back again. »
