'Everything at the resort closed so early. The kitchen at the poolside restaurant closed at 5:30. The pool slide closed at 6:00. Really disappointed. Resort fee not included. Additional cost we weren’t planning on.'

'The ac leaked all over the floor and the floor was popping up due to the water from ac . I also asked for an early check in and never even got a response from them on either problem ! I would not recommend this please and will not be going back to there ! Jack F.'

'Booked a room months in advance with so-called "island view", only got a room with view on trees, room was dark and no view. Requested another room from reception , which was not possible due to a fully booked hotel, refund of my booking was denied and was charged fully for 2 nights!! Also found out that the facility is actually a time sharing facility!!'
