With multiple beds, this splendid portion of the Villa is ideal for any type of traveller.
You will have your privacy as the other parts of the villa have an independent entrance.
The low price makes it perfect whether you are a group of friends or a large family.

On the ground floor you will find a welcoming garden which frames the splendid swimming pool (6x4) with large and spacious steps where you can relax and spend your days having fun.
You will find at your disposal 4 sun loungers, 2 deckchairs and a shower with heated water, you can also take advantage of a relaxation area equipped with armchairs, a sofa and a table.
Also on the ground floor you will find at your disposal an equipped outdoor kitchen, table, chairs and barbecue where you can have your meals in total relaxation, practically everything you need to enjoy a holiday in maximum comfort.

The portion of the villa is accessed via an external staircase, which will take you to the entrance where you will find an equipped and air-conditioned kitchen with oven, refrigerator and various kitchen utensils, plates, cutlery, glasses and basic cooking facilities, you will also find A coffee machine and a kettle are also at your disposal.

Continuing along the corridor you will find the first room: An air-conditioned suite, equipped with a window overlooking the small balcony which makes the room very bright, a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom which offers a shower and complete bathroom fixtures.
There are also custom-made compartments to accommodate all your personal effects, including suitcases.

There is a second bedroom, also air conditioned, in which we find two new comfortable beds (which can also be joined together on request), a bunk bed and a door that overlooks the outside and leads us to a small terrace where you can find your corner of peace.
Both bedrooms are very welcoming and bright.

We then have a second bathroom, equipped with a wonderful hydromassage tub, a shower with a very spacious cabin, complete bathroom fixtures, hairdryer and a very large mirror.
You will find towels of various sizes, sheets, blankets, duvets, pillows, washing machine and everything you need to make your stay perfect.

Wi-fi connection, ultra-fast fiber optic, excellent for those who decide to spend their holidays in our Villa but at the same time continue to work between one dip and another in our wonderful swimming pool.
There are two TVs, one with the latest generation FireTV
in HD, you can therefore take advantage of Netflix, Youtube, Disneyplus accounts etc.

It is possible to park your car in the street in front of the Villa.
Should guests need to have a greater number of beds available, it will be possible, upon request to be approved, to have a second portion of the Villa available, consisting of another 6 beds, by paying an extra fee to be agreed upon before booking. reservation.

In the surrounding area there are also dozens of structures such as supermarkets, shops, restaurants, bars and historical places.
As for the Nightlife, music and happy hour entertain all fun lovers until late at night.
