'The most amazing family running the Villa Masetta thst belong to their grandparents. Lovely staff, great breakfast, beautiful pool, and across the street from the Mandela famous speech in Palermo. Very clean and it feels like paradise'

'The rooms are excellent and the staff is also amazing, but please keep in mind that there is not amenities here. Also location is walking distance from the historic downtown area but it’s rough at night time, you cannot go out and feel safe as there is homeless and what it appears to be little gangs (again can’t blame the hotel for this more the city which is a shame).'

'Excellent location in the middle of lots of restaurants and attractions. Check in process was easy, and we could store our luggage for a few hours after check out which was a big bonus for us. I was worried about potential noise at night when I saw a big jar of ear plugs in the common area, but we didn't have any issues with noise from the street below.'

'Unique property in a prime location (short walk to most cultural attractions, great restaurants around the corner). Made good use of the in-room hot tub. Very friendly and helpful staff :)'
