VR-014016. Comfortable and cozy 1006 square foot townhouse in uptown Pagosa Springs just off the Pagosa Springs golf course. Located near the airport, close to a disk golf course, with shopping and restaurants nearby. World's deepest hot springs for soaking are a five minute drive away. Local outdoor activities include lake and stream fishing less than two miles away, hiking in national forests, tubing in the local river, snowboarding, skiing, sledding and snowshoeing during the winter at local ski resorts. It is a five-minute drive to an RC plane park. Dark, clear skies at night for star-gazing and meteor spotting. This is a get-away home for relaxing with family or as a home base for adventuring
The townhouse is located in a quiet neighborhood. It has two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed. The second bedroom has a full size bed. There are 1.75 baths, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room and a deck off the master bedroom. A washer and dryer are located inside the home. Cable TV, internet, and a DVD player are provided. Board games, DVDs, and logic puzzles will help provide personal or family entertainment if desired.

This place was really great. Perfect set-up for us and our 2 boys: nice kitchen that was well-stocked, comfy living room for watching football, very clean and neat bedrooms, and bathrooms with plenty of towels (which you always need in Pagosa!). The basket and cookie jar with chocolate inside was a very sweet and welcoming touch, as was the bench full of games. Just a very sweet little house that made for a great family vacation.

Wonderful trip & stay in Colorado. Martin was exceptional in his response time & ease to work with. We were able to check in a little early. The home was very well stocked with towels, toilet paper, soap, etc. having a washer and dryer in unit was wonderful. Neighbors were kind, quiet and very nice. Location was centrally located- easy to get to any hiking or the hot springs. The one and only recommendation would be for ceiling fan installation in the living room and both bedrooms. As Texans, we were escaping the heat at the end of the summer. The box fans helped a lot, but temps still reached 80 inside (and higher if the oven was on cooking a meal) during the day and until several hours past sunset- even with the windows open in the evening hours. 5 all the way

Nice stay! Easy in/out. Good layout. Clean. Close to stores (WallyWorld!). Short jaunt to downtown. In a golf course community, so no fences. Well equipped/laid out kitchen & large dining table. Had basic satellite & lrg TV in living. Quiet overnights. Quick easy comm with host. It was the perfect base camp for exploring and photographing the area for me and my buddy. Thanks for the rental!

It was clean and warm with VERY hot water. It was well stocked with spiced and cook ware. It also had a candy jar that my kids raided quite often. We had good use of the washer and dryer. It was kid friendly with plenty of puzzles and games. Over all we would definitely stay there again. As well as recommend it to others.

Skiing trip to Pagosa

It was a cold President's weekend but we were warm in this cozy logging. Too tired to eat out we got frozen pizza and baked it in the well equipped kitchen. Felt like home. Hope to come back some day.

TV didn't work properly upon arrival, but the owner was very responsive and resolved it. There was no laundry detergent, as promised. Other supplies (bath items, paper products, etc.) were of the cheap variety. A slight upgrade would have been appreciated. The girl scout cookies were a nice touch.

Quick stay, space was just right

We stayed just one night, but everything was perfect. House has everything we needed. Bathrooms has extra tooth brushes and toiletries if forgot. Kitchen had a broad assortment of tea and girl scout cookies. Nice gesture. 2 bedroom condo had plenty of blankets, pillows, towels and storage.
