« The house was very roomy and clean. We thought it was deceiving as for the distance to the beach. From the photos and verbage, we thought the house was on the sandy beach. For me it was more than 460 steps!! »

« This house was just perfect for us. It is beautifully decorated and spacious. The owners, Brice and Michelle, answered my questions immediately. Great communication. The large porch is fantastic. The oath to the beach is great. We just loved it. Looking forward to next year! »

« This was our first time vacationing in Cape Cod and we hit the lottery with this cottage and host! We had the best time, and our three teens all voted best beach vacation trip. Cottage is adorable and the porch is amazing. We cooked most our meals and the kitchen was all you need. Hosts were more than helpful and we look forward to visiting again next year! Thank you!!!! »

« Perfect Cape Cod summer get-away for two. Bayside, ocean-front cottage with everything you need for a totally relaxing stay. It's an end unit and those, in my opinion, are the most desirable. The property could not be any more "on the beach", as you can see by the pic we posted. The cottage is actually for sale now and so we hope the new owners will be as easy and cool to work with as the present ones are. We had a blast! Five stars »

« Very responsive owners. Modern and clean. View cannot be beat. All amenities were comfortable, from comfortable outdoor furniture to bed to towels- all felt very high end. We were not familiar with cape cod style homes they are smaller than even we expected and you’re close to neighbors. However, it all added to the charm and we never felt crowded by anyone as the neighbors were all great. Easy access to Provincetown and national parks too. Thank you for sharing the home! »

« The cottage is what I would call the quintessential vintage Cape Cod, with modern conveniences, beautiful views, great beach and friendly neighbors. The only challenge is the stairs. »

« Mariellen was an awesome host, and made sure we felt right at home during our visit! Perfect place for a relaxing beach get away! We were able to enjoy the beach, cook up some good meals on the grill, and watch the sunset before a lovely stroll down the beach to finish the day. You’re also super close to Ptown, which was awesome to explore! Hopefully we’ll be back soon! »

« Location is fantastic and cottage is cozy and well equipped. Beach is steps away, an easy drive to downtown Wellfleet and great location for running and cycling. Chilling out on the deck was one of our favourite things to do.Only other comment is that I would recommend bringing water with you as the onsite water is too salty to drink and the clothes line behind the cottage needs replacing as the cord is rotted. »

« Property was amazing, right on the beach. Good amenities, well stocked kitchen and useful furnishings.My only issue was that the bedding did not feel fresh, but I might have been mistaken. »

« We loved our tiny cottage tucked away near the end of the PTown strip. Easy walkable access every day to food, shopping and the causeway. Jesse was fantastic in quick responses, especially given the challenges of Helene... Kudos to his flexibility during that time »
