'We had 3 adjacent cabins for an adult family trip. All cabins were spotless and comfortable. The shared kitchen facility was useful for cooking smelly food away from the cabin (bacon) and the bbq was efficient. Staff were friendly and helpful. The location was stunning and we had several dips in the lake. We will definitely book again in a future trip. '

'Mooie comfortabele huisjes met mooi ligging en redelijk uitzicht. Van alle motels en hotels op onze route had deze de meest bureaucratische en irritante incheckprocedure: Ondanks dat ik online geboekt had en ze al mijn gegevens al hadden moest ik alles nog eens invullen op meerdere formulieren! Verder is het personeel niet bijzonder vriendelijk, zijn de huisjes gehorig, valt er op het onderhoud wel wat aan te merken en als je met open raam slaapt heb je nog redelijk wat last van verkeerslawaai...

'Scott and Sharon's Old Hut was quirky and charming. They have put in of thought and attention to detail and the result is a fun, unique and comfy place to stay. It is handy to lots of interesting places, both free and touristy. Scott and Sharon were friendly and had lots of great suggestions about where to go and what to see. Highly recommended!'

'Location was perfect for our occasion for a sports tournament which was only a 5 minute walk! House was beautiful and the spa was a bonus to keep our little one entertained. Basics for our stay was good. For heating the fireplace wasn't usable and was replaced by fan heaters which we counted about 5 within the house. Huge house with so much potential if they were to add to make this house more homely.'

'This was a return visit and we enjoyed it even more than the 1st time. The property is fantastic, plenty of space and everything you need is there including Kayak which got plenty of use by the teenagers. Tim gave us loads of local activity recommendations which were new and fun. We thoroughly enjoyed our few days and will definitely return again'

'Such a beautifully presented and spectacularly located holiday home. We had a fantastic time and some much needed rest and relaxation. Communication was fantastic including excellent suggestions of things to do in the area. We were greatful for the extra duvets on the bed and fireplace, as the weather was colder than we are used to.
