Bastioni Luxury Home is an exclusive vacation home with pool and panoramic sea-view terrace in the heart of Otranto, just 150 meters from the sea. It offers from 2 to 4 beds.
The house is equipped with air conditioning in all rooms, washer and dryer, hair dryer, electric kettle, TV, coffee maker, wi-fi internet, Sky and Dazn, barbecue, outdoor shower. Pets allowed.
All rooms are air conditioned. Also ideal for honeymoons.

Modern
and elegant, the luxury solution is located in a finely renovated
ancient palace overlooking the ramparts of the ancient city.
Bastioni
Luxury Home is developed on the first and second floor of the historic
building. It is accessed by stairs beyond an ancient gateway and a small
inner courtyard shared with another house.
The house consists of
bright and refined rooms. On the second floor are the hallway with
built-in closets and vaulted ceiling, the master bedroom with TV and walk-in closet, and the full shower room.
Internal
stairs lead to the upper floor. On the mezzanine is the second half
bath with toilet and sink. On the second floor is a large, bright living
room overlooking the terrace, complete with kitchen, extra large sofa that sleeps up to 2, table and chairs, and flat-screen TV.
The terrace with panoramic sea views of Otranto and lovely pool is furnished with comfortable outdoor sofas, relaxing cushions, table and chairs, barbecue, sink and outdoor shower.

The
Bastioni Luxury Home vacation home is located in the historic center of
Otranto, the bustling heart of the city, both for its nightlife and for
its history and architectural and cultural beauty.
All the most
beautiful attractions of the center among the most beautiful villages in
Italy are within walking distance. The vacation house is located on the
ramparts, a few steps from the Aragonese Castle and 150 meters away
from the small beach set within the ancient walls.
Nearby are restaurants, stores, local crafts, bars and nightclubs.
The
vacation home is within walking distance only. Guests are provided with
a pass to park on the blue stripes in the city: the nearest ones are
300 meters away.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 25 per person.
- Pool available from May to October.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 50 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Area inaccessible by car. Free pass for car parking.
