Comfortable, modern home with 3 good sized bedrooms and a lovely open plan living space. Limited sea view from house, only when standing, but the beach is just across the road and is great for walking and building sand castles. Couch, beds and sheets are well worn. Classic Kiwi Bach at Otaki Beach. Pet and Family Friendly!
It met all our needs - clean, tidy, well organised, lots of linen and towels, close to the beach. It felt like home away from home.

U Studios Paraparaumu Beach
Its not ocean front, but Great location, easy walk to the ocean and all the shops and dining. The room was decent.
