This house is second tier lot which has no direct lake access. There is a dock to use two doors down.

Within a 5 to 10 minute drive to all popular lake shopping, dining, golfing, winery, bars and restaurants this house is perfect for your Ozark adventures.

Spacious home overlooking seasonal lake views is bright, clean on a quiet cul de sac road with updated roads and new sidewalks. There is plenty of parking and getting there is easy with a wide road within minutes of Osage Parkway.

Perfect for a family or friends getaway! House is base priced for 4 adults, additional adults are $20/night per person, children are free. This will be billed as additional charges to the reservation. Be sure to talk to Rick about the size of your party so that the house is prepared correctly for your stay.

The Sunset House

There are two private bedrooms and a full bath on the first level (1 queen bed in each room) while downstairs there is a large common area with sleeping for up to 5 (1 queen, 2 full and 1 twin bed).

The lower level has a walkout to a private backyard with views of the lake. Perfect for evening sunset cocktails or early morning coffee with an occasional deer for company.

Open floor plan made for entertaining with a beautiful kitchen overlooking the dining and living room. Seating at the bar or in the dining room which has been known to host a few poker games and many Uno games. There is a smoking space outside in the covered carport for those cigars. No worries - no smoking in the house!

Towels and bed linens are available for the number of guests in the booking (4 guests) additional guest for $20 per night per person. (Pool towels not included).

Pet friendly but please check our house rules. Plenty of space to run but the yard is not fenced.
