  • This fully upgraded vacation home is conveniently located in the exclusive Legacy Park Community which is only minutes from all the attractions and theme parks Central Florida has to offer. Sleeps up to 10 people comfortably with a kid’s themed room! This fully renovated vacation villa offers high end furnishings with modern finishes/decor, and a brand new private pool with no rear neighbors. We offer complimentary high speed internet, and a variety of streaming options for all the high definition flat screen TV’s within the property. The game room includes a full size pool table and an indoor double basketball arcade game. Enjoy the over sized washer/dryer and fully equipped modern kitchen with upgraded appliances and granite counter-tops.
    This vacation home is located minutes from shopping malls/outlets, Disney theme parks/water parks, multiple grocery stores, Disney Springs (formally known as Downtown Disney) and a variety of great restaurants and much more!

    We want to provide the best vacation experience and secure your home away from home. One where family and friends can relax and unwind after a day out at the parks or shopping! As a family owned and operated vacation destination rental, we believe in providing our guest great a personal and directly line of communication to ensure all needs are met for each family.

    Pool heating is optional throughout the year. If requested, there will be an additional $35/daily charge assessed to cover the cost associated with the heating.

    There is a 4 night minimum in place. The home is designed for families and the owner will not accept private parties or functions.

Home away from home

Our stay was comfortable, clean, and enjoyable. The location was great, we enjoyed going to Universal, mini golf with an interesting experience of the kids being able to hold and pet an alligator, and shopping around the area. The host was also great and very responsive.

We stayed for our 15 year wedding anniversary. Had a great time - pool is bigger in person. House had everything we needed.

Great home, exactly as shown and described. The pool with heat sets off the entire vacation. The owner looked after any issues and always responded quickly. Close to park with walking track and of course Disney just down the road.

Great Winter Getaway

We had a wonderful stay this week. Check in was easy and the home was EXTREMELY clean. There is plenty of room to spread out -- my husband used one room as an office. The pool was a nice size and we enjoyed having it heated. A central location for shopping, restaurants and theme parks. .

SPACIOUS AND COMFORTABLE

The property was great. There was plenty of room for our group of seven. The owner provided everything needed including plenty of towels and toiletries. The kitchen was fully stocked, including an air fryer. We were able to cook several meals and had everything we needed. It was a wonderful experience.

Perfect

This was perfect for our family Disney trip. Close by to everything - my son developed an ear infection while we were here and the convenience of urgent cares and pharmacy was perfect. The house is very well cared for, and the owner checked in halfway through the week to see that everything was going well. The heated pool was worth it in December! Would recommend this home to anyone.

Great for families!

The accommodation matched its description accurately. Our family appreciated the game room, found all linens clean, and towels readily available. Additionally, beach toys and strollers were also available. Conveniently located near a grocery store, gas station, and liquor store, the area remained quiet at night. While two of the queen beds were slightly less comfortable, we still managed to get some sleep.

Great family vacation

Thank you so much for allowing us to stay at your beautiful home. We enjoyed our three week stay and hope it's available the next time we visit Orlando. The house is exactly as pictured and absolutely clean. It's close to theme parks, restaurants and shopping. Everything we needed was supplied upon arrival. Property

Upon arrival we had a few hiccups, but the host was very prompt and communicative during the whole stay. They were able to fix most things in the same day. The pool does look larger in person than pictures and we also recommend heating during the winter months as it was very cold for the first few days of our trip. Overall the house was clean and all amenities were provided which made our stay easier.

Lovely stay

Property looks just as in the pictures and was clean on arrival. Pool looked bigger in the flesh than in the photos. Plenty of supplies such as toilet rolls, hand soap, kitchen roll etc was provided along with many towels. A couple of beds are squeaking and a little tired but nothing major and wouldn’t let it me off renting again. Owners were super quick to respond to a query we had. Thank you

Winter getaway

The home was clean and spacious. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. We were close to all the Disney parks and Disney springs. We all enjoyed the heated pool and privacy of the back yard. Owners were very responsive and we would definitely rent the home again.

Disney Vacation

We found this property online and it was a great place to stay. We all had our own separate spaces to unwind from a busy day at the parks. The drive to the parks was easy and not far at all. We loved that there was a pool for my son to swim and unwind. Having a kitchen to make home cooked meals was a bonus as well. There were plenty of stores in close proximity to the property as well. The owners were responsive to messages sent with questions and very accommodating. After we checked out our flight was cancelled and we had to stay in a 1 room hotel room for a night. I can't imagine staying a week in that small room after we had the comforts of home while at this property. This was our first VRBO stay and I will definitely utilize it again in the future.
