'Our family absolutely loved staying here! It was the best mini vacation. The host and her husband were fantastic people and the apartment was superb. The town was closed down for the season, which was perfectly fine with us. The General Store on the corner was the second best part of our stay. It had the best coffee & fresh picked flowers. We took a brisk walk in the morning around the marina, and surrounding neighborhood. Everyone was warm and welcoming, we will be coming back during the summer...

'The house was clean. The host was very responsive. It was too cold for us to enjoy the beach but we did walk over the dunes to look at it. The house is date with some spruce up done. But I like the character of older home. The bed in the master bedroom was fabulous, very comfortable. '

Noisy neighbors live upstairs, which can be distracting if you plan on spending a large majority of your time inside. Otherwise, there is a park and beach nearby, while being located in a relatively quiet neighborhood. Personally, I will not return, but I recommend to anyone looking for a new experience in Norfolk, VA.'
