'The staff were helpful and friendly. The room was average as its location was not the best. The breakfast area was dirty and more staff are needed to clean tables and provide utensils plates etc. Meals were below average but the service was great. Caters for families but not for adults without children on extended stays.'

'Hadden kamer met toegang tot het zwembad. D.w.z. Patijn met poortje en dan kon je meteen in het het water. Helaas te koud dus geen gebruik van gemaakt. Dame receptie bood direct aan bij inchecken om het bed van de pubers te splitsen zodat broer en zus een eigen bed hadden. Er was niet veel te doen waardoor dame receptie tegelijkertijd de bestelling van het ontbijt moest doen. Met auto naar dorpje en lookoutpoint is prima. '

'Loved the warm water in the swimming pool. However, the room we were staying in, C211, was poorly insulated from noise. Every morning and night we were waken by noisy guests in the room next door. Hope if we come back next time we are given a room that is better insulated from noise from adjoining rooms.'

'We reserved a Spa Suite for $425 USD - upon arrival, the assigned room was tucked in the back corner of the property and was very, very tiny with a large tub on the outside deck - certainly not a room that should be advertised as a "suite". Even worse, the only view from the room/deck was looking at the backside of another building and the air conditioning units for each room. We asked to be moved to another room, but unfortunately, the property was completely booked so they could not move us....
