« Bonne propreté à l’intérieur mais non à l’extérieur sur les galeries que nous n’avons pu utiliser car il y avait beaucoup de thons, les chaises et les coussins étaient très sales, les fenêtres étaient très sales, et nous n’avons pu ouvrir les portes car les moustiquaires étaient coincées. J’ai communiqué ces problématiques à l’hôte le lendemain de notre arrivée mais rien n’a été fait durant notre séjour de cinq jours. De plus il n’y a pas de petites casseroles seulement deux grandes. »

« The condo was perfect for our stay. Very comfortable, clean and well supplied. It is a 10-20 minute drive anywhere, not to mention the view of hole 18 on the red course. We loved being right in front of the pickle ball courts as well, which we definitely enjoyed. »

We had a very late arrival and we appreciated the snacks upon arrival. « Apartment was great, very nice. There was 3 beds we only used one but it was very comfortable. Host communicated very quickly and was very helpful. Only downfall was the upstairs tenants jumped and ran all night till about 3am so being up late and checking out at 10am was not fun, but Tom was great and apartment was clean. If you can ignore jumping perfect location to everything. »

« The apartment is an older building, but in an area which was easy to get to and easy to get to downtown Raleigh. I did have to clean the kitchen some before using. The pots had some food residue from a previous renter and there were some sticky spots on counters and tables. One thing which would help renters keep things clean would be to have more dish soap available, there was a small amount in the kitchen, but I had to go purchase dish soap to be able to clean our dishes after eating. « Good price for the location! Some features are outdated. The unit is upstairs which I was not aware of beforehand, and my husband is disabled so that was difficult for him. But overall is was good and we’re happy with our stay. »
