'Confortable rooms and cleaning '

'The staff was wonderful. The only quirk was I stayed 2 nights, and after the first night, my room key didn't work. It could have been too close to my cellphone. The manager was just outside the office, and noticed me having difficulty. He walked over to my room, asked for my room key, and went and reprogrammed it without me even asking.'

'The person who was in charge and checked me into the room was amazing. He made sure we knew the rules and asked if we needed anything. The hotel was clean and quiet. One of the better stays in norfolk for sure. '
