'The only thing I didn’t like was there is no elevator to get to 2nd floor. If a contractor on site didn’t help us, we wouldn’t have been able to get our suitcases.'

'So disappointed this used to be a beautiful hotel with a restaurant & bar. It’s now tired & worn. Asked the elderly man at the desk 4 times how far away the fairgrounds was & never got an answer. The mattress was terrible & no drapes on windows just shades so the street light came in all night. Had a family wedding so it was convenient.'

The manager did apologize and put us in the only room which was a king suite which was great but because it was taken the next day we had to check out of that room , load up everything as we were going to a baseball tournament, then unload and unpack again for our original room. 'The rooms were clean but the bathroom had no vent fan. There was mold in the bathroom ceiling vent. Moisture in there made the floors incredibly slippery. The tub was stained and the shower curtain wouldn't stay closed and water went everywhere. The elevator broke our first day there and wasn't repaired yet when we left.
