Staff initially attempted to lie to me and told me the rooms were connecting when they clearly would be on opposite side of the hallway. More senior staff was them brought in and simply told me that they did not do as I had requested. No apologies was offered. No assistance was offered. »

« Although the desk clerk was pleasant enough, the overall hotel experience was not as expected. It very much needs updating and cleaning . The hallway carpet was torn and stained. The sofa in our room was lopsided due to a broken leg (I reported it to the hotel and the clerk already knew about it). The free breakfast looked good, but there were only 3 tables the next morning. They were all full. Unable to sit on the sofa in our room for breakfast (I didn’t really want to balance a plate of food...
