« Although the desk clerk was pleasant enough, the overall hotel experience was not as expected. It very much needs updating and cleaning . The hallway carpet was torn and stained. The sofa in our room was lopsided due to a broken leg (I reported it to the hotel and the clerk already knew about it). The free breakfast looked good, but there were only 3 tables the next morning. They were all full. Unable to sit on the sofa in our room for breakfast (I didn’t really want to balance a plate of food...

« Staff were especially polite and helpful. The hotel was near natural areas and shops we were interested in seeing. Parking lot was small, with limited spaces for parking and maneuvering the car. »
