'Lily Pad #1 was impressive. The revitalization of the space was very tastefully done. It created a spark to do the same for several of the other structures in the area that just need a lift up. Some more than others, but they are ALL worth saving! The area could have so much potential! I just wish I were younger to take on some of the projects myself! 'Inez was A-Mazing!!! She was so sweet and kind and made us feel at home immediately. On our last day our departure time was moved up unexpectedly and her and David still made us breakfast even tho it was an hour earlier than originally planned. The food was delicious!wa son loved egg'

'We enjoyed our stay, but I do wish the place was a little cleaner. The shared bathroom (upon our arrival) had small hairs all over the sink and vanity like someone had emptied their electric shaver over it. Also, the doors to the rooms, including the shared bathroom, have no locks on them. The breakfast was very filling, and Mary (the hostess) was nice to talk to.'

They are still working on completing the renovations which was good for us because we got to go thru all the rooms & see all the furnishings. When we arrived Expedia hadn't notified staff (Dave & Pete) that we were coming but we had made reservations within an hour-ish before. So, our room hadn't been cleaned.
