« Bon rapport qualité prox »

« I requested to have room cleaned ( we were there for 2 nights) and they did not clean it The elevator was broken part of the time so we had to use stairs We were disappointed that they only had toaster waffles and not a waffle machine The breakfast attendant did a great job refilling foods »

« Friendly reception but missing basic article in room.. »

« If you love being downtown, in a beautifully appointed condo, with a great view, then welcome home. Amazing location close to a Krogers, and the canal, and walking distance to numerous dive bars. What more could you want?! »

« I was initially given the wrong code for the gated parking lot and entrance to the apartment. The owner was prompt in responding to the situation. We had a problem with the wifi, and again, the owner was prompt in resolving the issue. The stairs were a problem for me and my older sister. We are 68 and 70 respectively. There was a mention of the stairway in the description of the property, but not to near the extent. I would suggest to the owner that a railing be provided for the last two steps...

« Room was big and had a kitchen , everything was very clean. Bed was comfortable and loved the plush blanket. Only stayed for the night traveling but highly recommend this hotel. If we ever have to stop in this area we will definitely be back. »
