'Cute room excellent decor, good communication with host, however, I did not learn that the Ac wasn’t working until my arrival, but the host was quick to refund me, however, the weather had turned cool and the windows were open, so it was okay…. Until the next morning when temps dropped to 40’s and there was no heat either. I had to answer work emails from under blankets bowing on my cold finger to not go numb. But that was my choice to stay, again the host were willing to refund. But I was there...

'The room was better than expected, very convenient location to good food, flea market, trolley rides, nice to have the outdoor space as well.. happy to have been there—- p & p from Manitoba.'

'Staff was very friendly. Room was eclectic, clean, comfy bed. Loved having a fan in the room! The hot water took a minute to get to the third floor shower, but once it did, it was fine.'

'We had a great 5-night stay at Southern's Beauty1! The property was very clean, quiet and convenient. Check-in and out was a breeze. The gated private parking was definitely an added benefit! The location was ideal for our event (Bar Exam) at the Ponchartrain Center. Sam was a wonderful host, and we would definitely stay here again!!!'
