'The hotel is absolutely beautiful. From the moment we arrived, Theresa at the front desk was customer service personified. She made us feel as though we were the only guests in the hotel and truly set the tone for a wonderful stay.
We also spent time at Sophia’s, where Raye was our bartender. She is fantastic—friendly, attentive, and an absolute pleasure. She made our evenings at the bar even more enjoyable.
Highly recommend!'

'Management is terrible. Our a/c wasn’t working upon check-in. They tried to have it fixed never got fixed. Then proceed to say that they were unable to move us into another room due to 3rd party booking bs. They eventually moved us into another room after two failed attempts to repair a/c. The second room was in deteriorating condition as well. I will not recommend until costumer service is improved.'
