'The home is darling with all the amenities anyone could ask for! Checking-in was a challenge because the code would not work on the door and it took a really long time to get ahold of someone to help, but I’m sure they have fixed the issue at this point. '

'We couldn’t use a unit because the door code was wrong. Guest service was not helpful and repeatedly asking if we know how to use the lock. We ended up squeezing 11 people in 3 rooms at 12:30am, with makeshift beds and jackets as comforters. Nobody slept well that night. Manager refused to offer reasonable refund or even call back to address the issue. It’s a nightmare experience and but we didn’t even receive a formal apology. Stay away at all cost.'
