'I reached out 4 hours prior to arrival about checking in 1 hour early and got no response. We stayed in a “treehouse” that was freezing cold upon arrival. The 2 small space heater could not heat the tiny room up sufficiently. We stayed for two nights and Froze overnight the 2 space heaters would turn off after an hour and ultimately wouldn’t turn back on until the unit cooled down. The kitchen was outside which was advised but after staying I don’t think this unit should not be rented in colder...

'It’s called the Belmont Hotel on all the travel sites but when you get there, they say through the phone that it’s called Vacasa. This hotel is not open when you peek inside the windows of the hotel and front desk and no one around to assist. We had numerous calls trying to get someone to help us and everyone informed us they couldn’t help us until 4 o’clock when we could use a code that would be emailed to us privately to get into the hotel. Then we would need additional codes to get into a...

'Our visit (2 adults) to Catch A Wave was absolutely wonderful. Little touches like a basketful of smores-making ingredients on the table made our stay feel warm and welcoming. The restaurants and grocer in the "downtown" area were wonderful as well. Broad selection and reasonable prices for location. Our interactions with our host were smooth and warm as well. 2 days was not enough - but we will be back!'
