The 75 m² apartment in Olpe features a private terrace with its own grill and a lockable garage—perfect for families, motorcyclists, and cyclists. Up to 5 guests can stay in 2 bedrooms. For the 5th guest, an extra bed is set up in the living room. One bedroom has a comfortable box-spring bed, the other has solid wood single beds that can be separated or joined. After booking, you can specify your preferred bed arrangement, and the apartment will be prepared accordingly.



The fully equipped kitchen includes an induction stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, blender, and a fridge with freezer. The living area offers a leather sofa. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, smart TV, washing machine, heating in all rooms, baby cot, and high chair.



There is a full bathroom with shower and WC. Additionally, there is a separate WC with bidet/shower function (not a full bathroom). Hairdryer, free toiletries, and a shower stool add extra comfort. Towels and bed linen are provided free of charge.



Enjoy your private garden and terrace with grill. The quiet location near the city center is ideal for cycling, motorbike trips, hiking, and winter sports. Shops, cafés, and beer gardens are within a 5–20 minute walk.



A free garage parking space and 2 free spaces in front of the house are available. In the lockable garage, you can safely store your car, motorcycles, bikes, or equipment; an e-bike charging station is provided. Pets are not allowed, parties are not permitted, and smoking is allowed outside.



Access is via stairs. In the garage, there is a drinks fridge on a trust basis. A drying room and tumble dryer in the basement are available free of charge on request.
