'We stayed here for 2 nights in a comfortable suite. The property was very pleasant, as were the staff. Parking was easy and safe. Strange that a hotel of this class doesn't have a bar or restaurant though. I know they offer a glass of wine in the evening, but having to walk 10 minutes to find somewhere to go for a nightcap we found unusual. Feels more like a wedding venue than a full-service hotel. Breakfast was very good.'

'Although there are NO proteins for breakfast (only waffle, toast, cereal) except yogurt, and there is an EXTREMELY UNPLEASANT guard monitoring any food item that might leave to finish breakfast in your room (by the extra harsh and abusive behavior towards me by the very serious breakfast guard, it seems to be a criminal offense at this property. 'We enjoyed our stay here for the night. The staff was very friendly, the hotel was clean, the beds were comfy, it was quiet, and it felt safe. Breakfast was basic: we arrived at 8.15 and most of the warm dishes were empty already, just some scrambled eggs were left, but there was yoghurt, bread, pancakes, etc.'

'This is an amazing property! I would highly recommend Hotel Indigo when visiting the Winston-Salem area. It is centrally located and in a highly walkable area. If you choose not to valet park your car, there is a very inexpensive garage one block away by the bus station. The staff understand good customer service and were always friendly and helpful. My room was perfect and beautifully decorated. This is now my "go to" hotel when visiting the Winston-Salem area!'

'Front desk staff is very unprofessional in appearance and demeanor. Appeared panicked dealing with the hotel being heavily booked. Do not like being addressed as "baby' or "honey" even in NC!'
